5/2026 Tire service on my 2500 dodge ram. Well it happened that my tire pressure sensor lost communication with the sensor module. It happened after I had rim repair (welding at a different shop) and the Tire pressure sensor was swapped to another rim which got loose inside the tire. I visited a couple of good known mechanics and said that the sensor was detected inside the tire but for some reason they couldn't reprogram it with their scanner (no charge for that) and said maybe need to go to the dealer. I called Firestone and they quoted me for $250 parts, labor and balancing. I visited my favorite tire shop Pacific Tires 1001 E Main St Visalia CA (559) 627-8664 And right off the bat I was greeted by George and before explaining all the story he said "it is the sensor's battery or something wrong with the sensor. You need a new sensor and it will cost you $70 total" (parts, labor and rebalancing) And yes. That was the fix. They have about 8 workers and the wait is minimal. I also needed new front brakes for my Toyota Corolla and I was quoted 450 at the Toyota dealership just for the front pads (no disc) and pacific tires did new pads and new disc (front only) for less than 300 ( I forgot since was months ago) Thank you Pacific tires read more

Called for a quote to get 3 tires changed out 130$ balanced out the door good deal , decided I only needed 1 really bad so went and the price was 45$ just to change a tire , I provided the tire , I understand maybe new ownership and prices go up , but for 45$ at least check the air pressure in the other three tires maybe ??? Not even an attempt to program the tps because I mentioned it might be bad , either way won't be going back for the other two tire swaps or anything else , used to be a good spot now it's a low budget shop charging big shop prices 8/1/26 read more

Terrible service.. I recently went in for a 3 inch lift kit I was quoted for 1,300 for the parts they were going to installed verbally I was told I was going to get new shocks and new upper control arms and blocks on the back to make truck leveled for the price I thought it was fair. Wean it was time to pick up my truck I see the only things they did was new upper control arms which is typically around 300-400 $ and they only added a spacer which is about 60 bucks.. they denied everything what we had agreed on. Shop across the street said that job they did it only has like a 700 cost for parts labor.. read more

I drove in at 5:40 pm with a tire that had two plugs in it and the air was not holding. Four guys came out immediately in the rain to see what I needed. In less than 20 mins they had the tire off the car, patched and remounted. I never got out of my car. I was so impressed with the service from Jonathon, Andrew, George and Johnnie! I've used them several times in the past and have been pleased with their prompt attention, which continued today. They seemed busy but got me right in to take the nail out of my tire. All I needed was a plug, but they decided without talking to me to patch it instead. This resulted in a $45 charge instead of a much cheaper. They should have asked me which I wanted instead of just doing the higher priced. I paid the bill, but they settled for earning an extra $20ish and lost my future business and referrals. read more

You get what you pay for. Not sure what changed but this place is not the place to go any longer. They are just trying to up charge on everything. You used to be able to pull up and someone would greet you immediately. Now you have to go find someone to help you out. I had to take my truck back 6 months after getting an alignment done here since my tires were wearing unevenly. They do not guarantee their work. I ended up having to get another tire and they charged me the same price to replace one tire as it cost for two the first time. Ended up having to take it to another shop to get it fixed correctly. Erik is very helpful, did a leveling kit on my 2020 Tacoma and worked with me to get my alignment how I like it. Great guys, honest work. And for $200 installed and aligned pricing is amazing. Save your money!! The amount they charge u can save $$ for a nice tip for Better service elsewhere.. I was quoted $40 to patch my tire by one of the workers. I agreed, not knowing what places charge for this service.. I'm just a girl! Which they took complete advantage of.. while the first guy started patching my tire another guy came over and started putting air in my other 3 tires he noticed another nail in a different tire.. he began to quote me saying they can do a deal for me $35 for both tires to patch them up.. I'm immediately like . And I stay quiet. I agreed immediately knowing there would be a problem because of this miss communication.. I sit back and listen.. the man goes over to the man patching the tire and tells him in Spanish what he just told me. The man responds saying correcting him saying no he already quoted me $40. So the man comes back and says I talked to my coworker and" it's going to be $35 for EACH because I didn't know he already quoted u" I said I know I heard the entire conversation, and I understand Spanish.. he says do you know want it or not.. I took a few minutes and called several other shops and they all gave me a quote of $30 so clearly I was being gauged. One of the places even quoted me $20 for a patched tire.. I went back and respectfully declined on the service for the 2nd tire. It was too late to decline for the other because they already started on it. Because of the misunderstanding they knocked off $5 and the reason was because the other guy said $35 the man said.. I paid and let him know I would be writing this review to let others know about this experience. I truly feel as a women trying to be independent with things of this nature it becomes discouraging when men take advantage of the lack of knowledge women have for this kind of work. I will never be going back. And I will share this experience with as man people as I can so they too Can save there money for a tip at a better spot. Fast service...like Jimmy John's...I literally drove up and the technician was walking right up to take care of our needs. I had a tire goin flat so I sent my wife to Carroll's Tire Wearhouse...after I literally saw a nail in the tire and aired it up they said there was no nail and nothing was wrong with it. So I decided to take it myself to Pacific Tire to get it done and get it done right! Service was awesome quick and staff was friendly. Most bad service town . They will not tell you the price, after they done it will give you a scary price. Bc you will don't think that's worth that price. Went in to patch my tire because of a nail, man didn't tell me the price but last time I went it was $15. Everywhere is less than $20 or 25 the most and they charge me $40! Which is absurd because they just patch it, I didn't get no used tire replacement. Next time I'll just do it myself! What a rip off! read more

I was new to the area and needed a brake job done. They popped up and I decided to give them a try. Well... the first time there was some terrible rubbing sound when ever I would go down a mountain, like the grape vine. It only happened when I would go down hill and doing turns. I took it back and managed to recreate the problem. Long story short they told me it was the rotors so I bought new ones and they did a replacement on the brakes. ... in the end I wish they told me new brakes usually get new rotors etc... We love this tire shop ! When I first moved here in 2011, my step-dad told me about this place, and he recommended I go here when there was a nail in my tire. They were quick to fix it, and they were done within 10 minutes. After years of moving around, I moved back to Visalia again last year. A couple weeks ago, I bought a new construction home (and there are nails everywhere in the neighborhood right now). Of course, I was the lucky winner of a nail in my tire. This morning, I drove back to Pacific Tire No. 15 to get it fixed, and out of all places/times, my step-dad was there getting some of his tires fixed, haha! I first came here to fix a slow leak I had in a tire. I was driving through construction zones and got a nail in my tire. I found this place through yelp and decided to give them a try. They were able to repair my tire for a nominal cost. About two weeks ago my tires were giving me problems again. I realized I need to buy new ones. I priced tires all over Visalia but everyone kept trying to sell me cheap tires that I have never heard of. I drive many miles and needed something all season and durable. I decided to go back and see if they had what I was looking for. They were able to order Yokohama tires for me and install them the next day! I pulled up after work and they quickly replaced them. It was a flat rate fee and was exactly what I was looking for. Plus, they did not require me to get an alignment on my new car before install.
