Art and Big Brand Tire was the ONLY facility that helped us. While he couldn't replace the rim that day Art went out of his way to give us a temporary fix that would get us safely back home. She also told us that the bolt on the tire was broken and ordered a new bolt. Turned out she ordered the wrong size. And then later they realize my bolt was never broken in the first place! They also took the spare tire off for no reason and then had to put it back on again and yet Liz made some inappropriate comments and even yelled at one point about how she's been more than patient meanwhile they're the ones wasting our time. Make it make sense.
