My dad had to leave his truck in a parking lot due to it breaking down. Took 5 people to push it out of the drive thru lane. He ended up in the hospital with severe pneumonia and sepsis. They towed the truck of a 80 year old Veteran on Christmas Eve. I told their staff the situation, even offered to bring them documentation from the hospital for proof but no. Wow, Charlotte is amazing. I had an issue at the house needing something towed/removed. I had no idea who to call, how much it would cost or if I could get anyone to move it. I called Ms. Charlotte the day before and requested a tow. First off she was very polite and professional. She didn't have an issue with sending a driver early as I had to be at work at 9 am. Boy oh Boy Mark arrived and you talking about a good ole southern gentleman. He was so warm and I almost forgot this was a professional transaction because he treated my vehicle like it was his or one of his daughters vehicles. They were very nice and helpful, as they were able to tow my husbands truck and his trailer a good distance to the shop where it needed to be fixed. However, upon inspection by the mechanic, he found the front axle to be damaged. The man who rigged the truck to be towed did it improperly and caused the aforementioned damage. We had to pay over $1,700 to repair the axel alone, after paying the $1,200 towing fee. I've contacted the company multiple times, emailed pictures of the damage plus our invoice from the mechanic where the damage is clearly stated, and no one gets back to me. Very frustrating. If you use this company, be sure they tow it properly or you'll be looking at additional, very costly repairs. read more

CamperVan Stuck in Georgia Clay Overnight !!! in a wildlife management area... I called AAA with my Plus Membership and they couldn't help me - can you believe it? They told me to "Google --towing near me-- "...... Five companies either turned us down [don't go on dirt roads, don't do 'winch-outs' any more, don't go down there this time of year, etc]. Finally, THE NEXT MORNING on Sunday, called Mike Adams and the sweetest woman said "Honey, I'm gonna get y'all outa there. My guy is out deer hunting, but I'll call him in from the woods!" Two hours later our hero in hunting camo drove down the clay road, hooked us up, pulled us out, and accepted hugs all 'round. Cannot thank this wonderful bunch enough! This company is amazing!!! Got stranded in the WalMart parking lot in a 40' RV towing a 16' trailer. Not a good day! Called Mike Adams Towing and the receptionist/dispatcher was a wonderful lady. First asked if I was in a safe place then proceeded to get a "heavy" to dispatched to me. I'm so sorry ma'am, I didn't get your name, but thank you so much for your kindness! The tow driver arrived shortly thereafter. A very friendly, calm, meticulous and detail oriented guy. Busted his azz to get everything hooked up properly on one of the hottest days ever! We got rolling within an hour. The length of this entire set up was over 80'. Mr Tow Truck Driver maneuvered out of that parking lot like he was in a sports car. En route to Mid Georgia Freightliner, Mr. Tow Truck Driver stopped 3 times. First two stops were to secure a compartment door that kept popping open when the RV would flex on turns. The last time was only a couple miles away from Freightliner and Mr. TTD didn't like the way the RV was pulling and wanted to re-hitch it (after a particularly tight turn). He complete re-hooked things up before we proceeded to prevent any damage to our RV. Mike Adams Towing has very valuable assets in the two employees I mentioned in this review. I only wish I had gotten their names so I could properly acknowledge them. These two people are the epitome of "Georgia Hospitality" and my husband and I will be forever grateful for their kindness to strangers. I highly and wholeheartedly recommend Mike Adams Towing. It's a pain to get on base, you have to meet the wrecker at the visitors center, produce registration and insurance to get a pass, Adam's towing did it all, on time, and was able to get my vehicle started versus towing it. I was in my 42 foot motor home about 50 miles south of Macon on a Sunday afternoon. They took awhile to get there but the driver was courteous and took extra care to ensure there would be no damage to my motor home while towing. Brought it back to Macon to a repair shop.
