The shop is located inside Tin City. One of the entrances of the shopping center gets you right next to the shop. It's in a corner. It has a sign outside that entrance. It's an ice cream parlor that also serves food. The ice cream is homemade. It is owned by a Naples local with strong roots in Tim City. The atmosphere here is nice and is a nice place to sit and relax. The colors from the ice cream showcase are bright and inviting. The flavors posted sound delicious. I got a salted caramel. It had something crunchy inside. It was a good ice cream. It was nice and creamy. I liked it. I feel I got my money's worth in the product. I got two big scoops. I was happy. The staff was very nice. I was able to sample the ice cream before getting it. That was nice. I found the shop nice and clean. I was glad I came.

The smallest ice cream ever with close to zero fudge.

Rushing us out at 9:15 when they close at 10. Rude af. 30$ for 3 very small cups of ice cream. Avoid it if you can.

This place has the best icecream! It is located inside of Tin City in the first building. When we walked in, a young gentleman asked us if we wanted to try some free samples. I figured we might as wel try it. They let us try as many samples as we wanted, abd I finally decided to have the coffee one and heath bar one. I asked for them to give me a cone and a cup just in case. My husband decided to get chocolate turtle and cookie dough. The icecream was amazing, especially because it was super hot outside. They also offered some food and drinks. They had these super cool tables where you could sit down and eat. The place was super clean and well managed. When we left, the gentleman walked around and cleaned the tables and pushed the chairs in.

Had a great snack like dinner today. The Chicago hotdog was delicious. I wish ordering was easier. The fish and chips, quesadilla and ice cream was all very delicious too. Do not order one scoop of ice cream. For one dollar more and so forth you get a whole lot more. We spent $16 on three scoops of ice cream. We should have read the menu better, or else you'll get screwed.

Small restaurant inside Tin City. A friend recommended their gyro and I decided it to give it a try! We got a lamb gyro, a cheeseburger and two sides of steak fries. The lamb gyro was delicious!! Hubby also said the cheeseburger was pretty good and the kids were too busy eating a little bit of everything to say anything! We also got some ice cream. Let me warn you that M&M's Cafe single ice cream scoop is not the regular single scoop you are probably used to. It's actually two big scoops! We got two one single scoops ice cream and that was plenty to feed our family. I got the strawberry cheesecake and my husband got the chocolate chip mint cookie ice cream, the ladder was good but we both agreed that the strawberry cheesecake was the best strawberry flavored ice cream we have ever had. True story!

2 single scoops of ice cream was $14. Total rip off. That's just ridiculous. Never again.

I tried the sugar-free Citric Substance in a waffle cone bowl and really enjoyed it. The liquid nitrogen process makes the ice cream extra creamy and smooth. Everything is made to order, so there are tons of flavors and mix-in options to customize. On our visit, one employee put your flavors together in a bowl, while another employee processed the Nitrogen portion. Cool to visit a company that was featured on Shark Tank back in 2013. Definitely worth a try if you're in the area!

The place has a good layout, with ice-cream themed decor and plenty of seating. The main area did have a wall stacked with dozens of boxes and a ladder in public view which could have been hidden away, but it was still comfortable. The staff were very nice and helpful in explaining the process to us newcomers. You start with a size of small, regular or large (the small is pretty big, as it should be for the price) and a base (Original, Custard, Low-fat, No Sugar Added, Lactose Free, Yogurt (fat free) and Coconut (vegan). My wife chose the coconut as she is trying to limit Diary and I went with the original, both of us ordering a small. You can then choose one of their 12 pre-set menu items like the Chocolate Conduction or Strawberry Sigma which were the two my wife and I chose, or you can pick your own flavor (about 30 options) and Mix-in about 15 options or another apx 20 sweets like Cookie dough or Twix. My wife's strawberry was lovely, and mine was a bit rich, which I expected based on the ingredients. From here, they add the base and ingredients into a bowl, stir it up, turn non the nitrogen and you watch the worker mix it up for a few minutes. And the final product is some really nice tasting ice cream, made to your taste or diary preferences which are infante. The downside, it's expensive in my opinion. For two small ice creams, a bottle of water and the expected tip during checkout, it was $25.75. As much as I liked it, this will limit my coming back. It's novel and tastes good, but you are paying for the entertainment value which is also a drawback in that it's slow. Some ice cream places have a spout of free cold water on the counter and available to customers, which would be a nice touch considering the price point, saving me a few dollars of needing to buy a water, I think it's worth trying out if your pocketbook can accommodate.
