I seem to go here more than other places…read more My last visit two things stood out. 1) They added a BBQ brisket sandwich. Prices start at $14 and can go up to $24, depending on the sandwich size and the number of sides. I chose the $14 option with a brisket sandwhich on texas toast with fries. It was a wonderful sandwich. The brisket was prepared perfect and was so tender. 2) Kim came by the table to charm us. He is 81 years old, and his birthplace, according to his name tag, was Mars. Kim is a people person, and he is interested in what you have to say, well, if you can get a word in. This is not my first encounter with him, and I hope it's not the last. When I go back, I need to take pictures.

Not some reheated dried out, no smoke jerky. The pulled pork was fresh, moist and tasted perfect. The Smoked Cheeseburger was right on point. It tasted just like the ones I smoke myself. Plus they have delicious sauces to try as well. My fav was the Texas Twang, but it was a close tie to the Blue Ridge Smoky Mountain. The fries are fresh and taste great, and the smoked mac and cheese was awesome! While we were eating, Crystal came by and offered some Freedom Fries but unfortunately we had to tell her we were stuffed. A few minutes later she came back and gave us a full size chocolate brownie to go, along with a return visit card that gets you free items each time you come back (free side, free sandwich, free meat market). Fantastic service from start to finish! We felt so welcomed from the minute we walked in all the way to being told thanks for coming in as we walked out. This was a excellent dining experience, expecially for a place that is just a walk in, faster food, BBQ spot. I honestly can't remember when I felt I had such a good value for the money, and better service anywhere. This is the only Mission BBQ we have ever visited at this time but I sure hope they all have such an incredible staff, because while the food was fantastic, the service was top level and should be commended.

My family and I tried Backyard Fire Grill yesterday for the first time (794 Neapolitan Way in the Neapolitan Way Shopping Center), and wow -- this place is a gem. The ambience is intimate and inviting, the restaurant is spotless, and the service was absolutely impeccable. We all ordered the Combo with a 1/3 rack of ribs plus either chicken tenders or wings, and it came with a salad and two sides. The portions were huge, the food quality was exceptional, and honestly, it was the best meal we've had out in a long time. We'll definitely be going back -- and it's officially my new go‑to spot for in‑office luncheons too. Backyard Fire Grill is definitely worth visiting. The food is absolutely delicious, full of flavor, and cooked perfectly. As soon as I walked into the wonderful smell of the restaurant we knew we were in for a treat...it was on the trendier side for BBQ but still casual enough for us....we were met by Joe & Denny and they gave us 5 star service...we ate ribs steak & wings along with multiple sides that were all fantastic for a reasonable price - From the Northeast, I don't write reviews but they're on the newer side and people should know how awesome this gem is....see ya again someday! read more

Everything about it from entering the grounds of The Ritz, walking through the hotel lobby, to being greeted at the host/hostess station elevated an experience that by the end of the meal can be summed up in the word Magnifique! Upon reaching the host/hostess station, we were efficiently greeted and brought to our table walking through a beautiful dining room with a piano player to boot reminiscent of the great restaurants of the '70's and '80's. Whisked to our table to a romantic table for two with a full view of the dining room a la Forge Miami Beach 1980. We were told that The Grill has been operational for 40 years and is the best performing restaurant within Marriott's portfolio and the only remaining Grill. Our server who was outstanding had been here for 29 years. He explained to a T the specials and was both professional and friendly what you would expect at a 5 star restaurant. We started by selecting our bottle of wine a reasonably priced Pride Cab that was not heavily marked up. The wine list was extensive with a wide range of wines priced many priced reasonably and providing good value all the way up to top end Screaming Eagle. We elected to start with a great Caesar salad and followed up with two bone-in steaks, one being the 22 oz. bone-in ribeye for $98 and a 22 oz. bone in filet mignon special at $142 that our server described as being 14 oz. of meat and boy was it huge! The bone-in ribeye was cooked perfectly and delicious and the filet was soft as butter and very very good. We had fantastic Cajun spiced steak fries and great broccolini. For dessert we finished up with two souffles that are personal sized, one being a chocolate souffle with chocolate sauce and in asking for sabayon - they advised that while they could not they would bring out creme anglaise. The cookies n cream souffle was even better and delectable! Service was off the chart polished, unrushed and absolutely great. All in all the experience was beyond 5 stars. A truly unique restaurant standing the test of time and without a doubt the best steakhouse and best restaurant that we have eaten at in the State of Florida. (And yes we have been to all the "supposed" greats in Miami and Bern's too). And quite frankly I would put this at the top of its class within the U.S.

So many places over-smoke their meat, but Rib City gets the balance just right. You get a nice smoky flavor, then a light finish from the wood-fired grill that adds just the right amount of char. I noticed they have some mixed reviews, but our experience was excellent from start to finish. The food was delicious, the service was friendly, and the prices were a pleasant surprise. We had all of that food for under $40, which is hard to find in Naples these days. If you've been thinking about trying Rib City, go for it. Great food, great service, and excellent value.
