They are open and available to help with any questions you might have. There is a large selection of crystals and jewelry. The crystals are affordable and organized very well and the jewelry is all absolutely stunning and great quality. They also have small spell kits, books, journals, tea mixes and so much more. Overall an amazing experience and I can't wait to come back again & again. They also are taking covid very seriously! They only allow 8 customers in the store at a time and require masks which as a customer makes me feel so safe and happy to support such a great business.

I've been here several times over the last 5 years and only recently had an odd experience. I love the variety of products in the store and was pleased to see that they had been moved to a larger space inside of the Factory at Franklin! When roaming the store, I would've loved to see more "Franklin" and local apparel - of course they have a good selection of items but I saw lots of "Brentwood" and "Columbia" items and not a lot of Franklin and Nashville which I think would be beneficial for them as they are in the Factory in Franklin. Usually love their young friendly staff but went earlier in the week and had an odd interaction with an older woman at the register who made a weird comment about my shirt. She also seemed to have no clue what she was doing when trying to ring me up. Her colleague had to help her but I literally stood there for 30 minutes JUST TO BE CHECKED OUT. Anyways, usually have a good experience but they are going through change and im assuming they are experiencing some bumps here and there... We were peaking around the corner at Homegrown and decided to wander in while we let our ice cream melt into the soda. We bought our first house in the last two years, and we're still always looking for those little things that complete a room. Homegrown has a beautiful of collection of fake plants that don't look fake. We picked up a beautiful ceramic flower pot with a fake succulent (because I kill all living succulents) that looks just perfect on the dresser in our guest room. They also have candle holders, plates, bowls, and other knickknacks. It's not cheap, but the products they sell are beautiful! Try it out!

I decided to leave the store, and go buy her a less personal gift like a gift card. But then... (and I wish I knew the name of the girl who helped me, because she was magnificent!!), as I continued to walk out of the store, with probably a defeated look on my face, she stopped me and asked "Did you decide not to buy that?" After I told her no, I didn't think it would be the perfect gift, she practically walked me through the whole store helping me find the perfect scent/gift. This girl is an absolute gem to this store! The only reason I have to come down from a 5 star review is because of the price of the candles. I walked out $65 later, and really didn't feel like what I bought was worth that price. In the end though, the friend LOVED what I picked out, so all is well :)

Terrible I had 2 coupons that my mom gave me under her…read moreaccount and so I went in to get 1 free full size body care with 1 coupon and 20% off from the other coupon. I had my 2 perfumes ready to check out when one of the employees told me I can get another 1 for free and I asked if it would work with the coupons I have and she said yes. So I went and grabbed another perfume and I went up to check out and they tried telling me the free one didn't work and said it was already used it wasn't so I made sure with my mom that she didn't use it. And now there are 2 employees trying to help and the older one that I didn't start with started raising her voice and tried the next register and it worked and then went on to say that the free one from by 2 get 1 free wouldn't fall under the free one with the coupon so I went to get the another one which I didn't want and I only grabbed another one cause another employee told me it told work. And the older one would not allow me to speak at all and she would refuse to let me say to take one of them out. This is a terrible store and over the years their customer service and employees have gotten rude and entitled. Dont recommend going anymore.​​​​​​​​​​​

The flower arrangements here are beautiful, and the gift ideas will help you cross off a ton of gifts for many people on your list. I bought for friends, as well as for myself. I came to the sip and stroll with my dear friend who just moved to the area, she said she always wanted to pop in the shop, but never had time when she was downtown. She said she had received several beautiful bouquets from them. We both found many wonderful treasures in the shop. I don't live local, but this shop is a must when I am in town next. After returning home, I noticed an overcharge on an item. I called the shop, and it was handled promptly and professionally by Kim. Both Kim and Mindy are the sweetest. Both reminding me why it's important to get out and support small businesses, and not just shop from Amazon I bought the cutest candy corn socks for my self and a girlfriend. We volunteer at a local animal rescue, we dress the pups up and take them out on field trips in the community. Not sure how we didn't have Halloween socks yet. But thanks to this wonderful boutique- now we do!!! Plus, an adorable coffee mug that I use all the time, and reminds me of my wonderful trip to see my bestie and the great Sip and Stroll event. Can't wait till the next event. My girlfriend bought a ton of cute Christmas decor for both herself and friends.
