I stopped in to buy a gift for a friend that I'm not terribly close to, but wanted her to enjoy. I walked around aimlessly, picked up a couple things, and then ended up putting them down because I wasn't too confident on the scents I had chosen. I decided to leave the store, and go buy her a less personal gift like a gift card. But then... (and I wish I knew the name of the girl who helped me, because she was magnificent!!), as I continued to walk out of the store, with probably a defeated look on my face, she stopped me and asked "Did you decide not to buy that?" After I told her no, I didn't think it would be the perfect gift, she practically walked me through the whole store helping me find the perfect scent/gift. This girl is an absolute gem to this store! The only reason I have to come down from a 5 star review is because of the price of the candles. I walked out $65 later, and really didn't feel like what I bought was worth that price. Went to the one in the avenue today in TN. Terrible I had 2 coupons that my mom gave me under her account and so I went in to get 1 free full size body care with 1 coupon and 20% off from the other coupon. I had my 2 perfumes ready to check out when one of the employees told me I can get another 1 for free and I asked if it would work with the coupons I have and she said yes. So I went and grabbed another perfume and I went up to check out and they tried telling me the free one didn't work and said it was already used it wasn't so I made sure with my mom that she didn't use it. And now there are 2 employees trying to help and the older one that I didn't start with started raising her voice and tried the next register and it worked and then went on to say that the free one from by 2 get 1 free wouldn't fall under the free one with the coupon so I went to get the another one which I didn't want and I only grabbed another one cause another employee told me it told work. And the older one would not allow me to speak at all and she would refuse to let me say to take one of them out. This is a terrible store and over the years their customer service and employees have gotten rude and entitled. Dont recommend going anymore.​​​​​​​​​​​ read more

The staff at this location is always friendly and helpful. Someone greets you as soon as you walk through the door to ask if you need help and explain what sales they have going on. I always go with coupons and sometimes you get a free item when doing so. They have wonderful fragrances and my husband loves their men's line. They have really stepped it up over the years offering more products and decor while maintaining stock of year-round scents. I love when seasons change and they get seasonal products in. I had a defective body spray for the first time recently and brought it in the store and got another one without any hassle. They are also quick and organized, so even when the store seems packed, the check-out line is quick and smooth. read more

This is always my favorite store to visit! I went specifically for the semi-annual sale this time and the staff was fantastic. When I first walked in the store greeter talked with me and shared her favorite scents and what she thought was the best deals. I had brought my little sister with me and she was happy to show her the bubblegum pop scent (which she loved and choose). The rest of the staff was just as wonderful! Every employee talked to me at least once, suggesting scents or overall help. The check out counter was wonderful as well, they were quick while providing A+ service. This is my LEAST FAVORITE BBW in all of the USA. Unfortunately, when you do curb side pick up, this is the option. My order is already paid for, I just need someone to hand it to me. It's never a smooth transaction. I'm often met with an attitude by some 20 something year old girl who hates ppl and her job. After deeps breaths and attitudes, I can usually get my order within :20. Definitely loved the atmosphere and the staff are friendly when approached. It is hard for my family to go as a group into these stores because my fellas have sensitive sinuses. Wife loves the fragrances from this store, and the large comfortable location is nice. Lots of parking, although often hard to find a space during peak times. NEVER go without a sale or coupon as you can always get great deals if you don't need it NOW. Picked up foaming hand soap for $3/bottle this week. Full price is crazy, but sale prices are awesome. And sometimes you can stack coupons like $10 off $30 WITH sale prices. read more

I used to go to these stores a couple times per/year for my wife. Today was my last visit. I walked out. Here's a hint for you......If your marketing is too stupid to pre-assemble ANY gift baskets AT ALL, then maybe when a man walks in, all by himself, you should make sure to have a salesperson ask him if he needs help. We would give zero star if it's possible. We though we would shipping at Walmart. Worst customer service by far. We had shop at other bath and body work and service have been great. But not this location in The Avenues. If you want to pay premium price for crappy service be my guess. read more
