I waited for him to come but no show so I contacted the owner who apologized for him saying he would be here but because it was a holiday weekend he would not be here until Tuesday. I could have got together with friends had I known that before noon. That is my only complaint.

The personalized service, professionalism, friendliness, and quality of work was very welcomed, as we were a little anxious about the overall process to begin with. Tom Tom took care of everything.
