I'm glad I got to sit around and listen to the techs complaining about their job and their bosses but I would've been a lot more interested in making it to my appointment after this that I'm no longer going to make. Thanks for the maliciously slow service. Customer service is not the name of the game at this place.

I forgot to ask the name of the associate who helped us get checked in and paid up. He politely greeted all customers who entered and made sure everyone was addressed. It was so busy, customers kept walking in. I have no idea if they had appointments like I did. But there was an issue with a vehicle that caused one of the bays to be blocked for a long period of time. But the technicians found a way to work around it despite the setback! Good teamwork. My issue took just over an hour, unfortunately. It took the most time waiting for a space, but once they took my truck, they lifted it on a Jack and replaced the sensor quickly. All in all another good experience!

I barely made it to discount tire before the entire thing went flat. There was no nail or visual puncture in my tire, but discount tire showed that the used tire i purchased was damaged and repaired but not up to code, it was temporary plugged rather than plugged and patched (I was not told that it had even been damaged in the first place). The tire was fucked. I called Sam to let him know that my tire gave out in 5 days and he said he couldn't do anything without the flat tire as proof... didn't know when I bought my tire Wednesday that I would have to bring it back flat on Monday. When I explained my situation I was told to "Stop talking" and yelled at in the store. Very demeaning and basically kept talking over me. He begrudgingly refunded me but as a young woman I would never go back here, they will try to take advantage of you. Very disappointed and the damage to my vehicle from a flat tire could have been grave.

They then came back in about 10 minutes later telling me due to the size of my tires they had to deflate the tires to get the alignment machine to fit and then reflate them for $20.. I've had a lot of work done by a auto shop and I'm pretty sure this is the first time I've ever had a $20 charge for air.. I could have told them never mind but I was all ready there and truck was all ready lifted ready for alignment.. They came back and told me 20 minutes later they couldn't do a alignment that all the ball joints were worn and wouldn't be able to do anything so $50 later (yes $20 for air) I was done. I took the vehicle to another off road shop and ball joints were fine just the traction bar needed to be adjusted and they were able to do the alignment without a $20 deflate/inflate charge.
