I've also personally confirmed this with the owner in the past. However, on multiple occasions, I've gone there before 6 and been told they were already closed. For example, I went around 5:10 PM previously and was turned away. Today again, on April 10, 2026 at around 5:20 PM, I went there and was told they were closed. This is really frustrating, especially for a service like auto maintenance where timing matters. Customers plan their visits based on your listed hours. When those hours aren't followed, it wastes time and breaks trust. If the business is now closing at 5 PM, then the hours should be updated on Google. If you say you're open until 6 PM, then service should be available until that time. As a regular customer, experiences like this push people to take their business elsewhere.

Taken care of immediately, after I arrived . they completed a tire rotation and balancing in like 15min. A+++ probably made a new customer for good . Car lost power while driving. Scary situation…read more This was recommended by AAA to tow my car to. Mind you, they were just about closing. Or were closed already. The doors were locked and Tim still opened the doors up for me. Opened the garage door to store my car overnight. Filled out some paperwork and was told that they may have issues getting the codes for some BMW's, but will update me. I thanked him for allowing me to come in when they were essentially closed up and I went home. The next day, Tim called me and updated me. Broke down what was needed to be replaced and how much. Even said that there weren't any other issues that needed to be addressed at the time. I agreed to everything over the phone. A few hours later, my car was ready. That was pretty fast considering what they needed to change is quite difficult to get to. Tim explained everything when I was to pay. A bit out of the way from where I live, but I would definitely come back here with Tim's exceptional customer service.

I went in and asked for the $39.99 oil change they had posted out front, he took my car and then came back in about 15 minutes and charged me $90 for "synthetic oil." I asked him why he wouldn't have mentioned that in the beginning and he just said that's how it is. Their work seems to be fine, but they triple the price on everything and aren't very transparent.
