Do not go here!!! Sold a damaged tire. Wednesday I got an oil change and 2 used tires from Sam. Monday I was driving on the highway when my tire started rapidly deflating. I barely made it to discount tire before the entire thing went flat. There was no nail or visual puncture in my tire, but discount tire showed that the used tire i purchased was damaged and repaired but not up to code, it was temporary plugged rather than plugged and patched (I was not told that it had even been damaged in the first place). The tire was fucked. I called Sam to let him know that my tire gave out in 5 days and he said he couldn't do anything without the flat tire as proof... didn't know when I bought my tire Wednesday that I would have to bring it back flat on Monday. When I explained my situation I was told to "Stop talking" and yelled at in the store. Very demeaning and basically kept talking over me. He begrudgingly refunded me but as a young woman I would never go back here, they will try to take advantage of you. Very disappointed and the damage to my vehicle from a flat tire could have been grave. read more

I got two back tires on my truck replaced for $130 used (it's a BIG TIRE; so very good deal) and unfortunately just 3 days later, I found it going flat. AMAZING experience!!! As soon as I pulled in, a gentlemen asked me what I needed help with. I told him that my "check tire" light was on and I tried filling them up myself but the light was still on. He preceded to check the PSI of all my tires and offered to fill them up to the recommended level. He told me if the light still is on, that I need to go to the dealership as there could be an issue with my sensor (I own a Mazda and they don't tell you which tire is flat or needs air ugh). This was the best experience at a car shop, especially being a female, that I have ever received! The owner gave me a card and introduced himself as well. I've had my fair share of hellish nightmares with chain shops. I was greeted with respect when I entered Fort Worth Tire & Service. Service here is unmatched and they were VERY quick to assist me and help out. My issue was that I needed an outer tie rod replacement (I brought them the part) + a full wheel alignment which totaled out to $330 which is fair price for labor and alignment (I drive a European vehicle). Sam and Brad are stand up guys and will take care of you. I will be using this shop from now on for my needs. My wife was charged $60 to balance the 2 front tires on our car and they still shook. They knew we got our tires at Discount Tire and that Discount Tire would have balanced our tires for free. Yet they didn't suggest that my wife go there first before taking her money. We went back to Discount Tire today and they fixed the problem for free, no hassle. My wife called Fort Worth Tire today to talk to them about the situation and was yelled at. Sam is a smooth talker until someone is unhappy with the service then he becomes aggressive. Got in to town after a long road trip only to find that I picked up a nail in my tire. Luckily my light wasn't on and it seemed to be holding air still. I called around and the average price was about $20 to patch the tire. I went over to Fort Worth Tire. The gentleman walked out with me, pulled a tiny 1/4" screw from my tread, sprayed my tire to make sure it wasn't leaking, & sent me on my way no charge. Was very impressed with the service, the honesty that he didn't just take my truck & say he had fixed it, & that it was so quick to take care of the issue. So I found the best tire and service spot in Fort Worth I swear.. They do tire service (new and used), AC work, brakes, shocks, alignments, and struts. I highly recommend them. Not to mention they were friendly and nice- they had several people come into the shop that were regular customers (that's a good sign.) Today I went and had a leaking tire.. turns out my rim was bent that's why the tire was leaking, so the owner was like we're here to service you not sell you stupid shit. $35. Y'all, $35 for them to fix my bent rim and replace the tire with a nice used tire. That would have been a $500-$1000 service repair at the dealership or at some chain tire shop (like discount tire, etc.) They've had business for 40 years. I will be going back! read more
