The $39.99 oil change out front is a scam. They've done it to me and to a few others that I've heard about and known. I went in and asked for the $39.99 oil change they had posted out front, he took my car and then came back in about 15 minutes and charged me $90 for "synthetic oil." I asked him why he wouldn't have mentioned that in the beginning and he just said that's how it is. Their work seems to be fine, but they triple the price on everything and aren't very transparent. STAY AWAY!!! This third-world country joke of a shop needs to be shut down immediately. I regretfully had this place "repair" a flat tire as it was the closest place to downtown. They used a plug to repair my tire. I immediately asked what in the world they were doing and they got very defensive and stated this is how they repair tires. I drove my car very cautiously to the nearest Goodyear Tire store and they would not repair my tire correctly because the plug has made my tire "UNSAFE TO DRIVE". I had to purchase a new tire for $350. The tire I had to replace was less than a year old. Stay away from this place unless you want to die in a car crash from unsafe practices. read more

My car's gas tank had a crack which caused the fuel leak. The new manager Nour did a great job at explaining what he had to do to repair the damage. Great service from the guys in the garage, the inspection was fast, easy, and I got right in. Three stars because the guy working the counter (maybe the owner/manager) was incredibly rude. I was completely ignored when I walked in to pay (only one in the room) and about 5mins later two men came in separately and he was immediately responsive to them. Once I received my state inspection, I noticed that mine passed, but a failure from another customer had printed on the back. I went back inside and he said to ignore it and immediately went back to looking at his computer. When I began to protest, "uhhh, do you think the Sta...", he cut me off and said "Ignore it!" The guy was very nice on the phone and said they weren't busy so I came in. Immediately, they got my car in. After 7 ish minutes, my car was ready! They were very polite and got what needed to be done very fast. They also had snacks and waters that they offered in the lobby. I was surprised when I looked at the reviews online as some were iffy. I came here once for an oil change which they did a good job on and got a decent price for my radiator. However, when they replaced my radiator and put "new coolant" I took my car to my dealership and they stated there was the wrong coolant in my car and they left residue in it. exactly the type of mechanic you want to stay away from. his price is triple the average price. he is not knowledgeabl, and he's the type of mechanic that plays games. to give you an example. my friend took the car to him because his starter is bad, we knew it's the starter, we told the mechani, he said no it's the spark plugs, we believed him, then he charged my friend 700$ for the spark plugs and the coils ( triple the price) the car still had the same issue. eventually we had to change the starter to fix the issue. same happened with me I took my truck to him, because of a starter problem, he told me just get the truck towed to me and ill take care of it, for him to call me later to tell me that it will cost 850$ for him to change the starter. he thought I have no choice since I got the car towed to him ( playing games). i told him I I will take the truck to another mechanic . he said okay then I will charge you 150$ for diagnostics ( more than the dealership diagnostics fees). the. I took the car to another mechanic and he fixed the whole issue for 390$ total ( instead of 800$). don't make our mistake, don't use this mechanic read more

This place used to be great. My car was shaking whenever I braked so I took my car to these guys. They replaced all of my brake pads and rotors for what I thought was a good price and went on my way. The next morning the entire car shook all of the time. I brought it back to them and they reassured me everything was fine so I just kept driving on it. Another week passes and one of my tires begins to squeak constantly. Every rotation of the tire you'd get a squeak so I brought it back again. They "tightened everything up" and sent me on my way again. Two weeks later the squeaking is back, but this time from a different tire. I brought it back to them again and they replaced all of the brake pads and rotors again. This time with what he claimed to be Honda parts. Another week later my car is still squeaking and we're back to it shaking while I brake and while I drive. I had a friend driving behind me one day and she told me my back tires were wobbling while I was driving. I took it to discount tire to see if it was a tire or mechanical problem and they told me it was because my lug nuts were loose and the tires weren't put on properly. I finally gave up on this place and took my car somewhere else and they say the only solution is to replace all my rotors and brake pads again. After having spent a ton of money already on bad brakes I decided to replace them myself and found out very quickly why I was having the problems I was having. The screws were placed in the wrong spots on the rotors so they weren't flat and none of the rust was removed prior to placing the new pieces. I write this review in the hopes that others don't have to suffer and experience the same thing I did. Save your money and go somewhere else that knows how to put tires on properly. Nour is a super nice guy, but his work is shady and I've had to eat the cost of the repair and do it all over again for a third time. On my third set of brake pads and rotors for the year and it's the middle of April. read more

He pulled in, they pulled out the nail, patched it and sent him on his way at NO CHARGE! I took my Mercedes there to ask about new tires as the dealer had told me I needed new ones. They confirmed that I did need new tires. They replaced all 4 tires, balanced them for half the price of the dealership. I dropped off my car in the afternoon it was ready before 5pm. Super friendly! Took my truck so they can fix the starter issue I thought I had, but i explicitly asked the mechanic not to do anything until he had my ok. What did they do? They said they fixed it, so i drove it away. Mind u they charged me $75 to repair 2 hoses. Did not tell me what they were doing. My truck wouldnt go past 30 mph. Took it back and they said that now I needed thr carburetor replaced. $1000+. Ok. Not true. I left it overnight. Now it's the starter. $150 dollars, 2 weeks later and $350 worth of uber fees they return my truck. Oh and they broke one of my keys and blame it on me.
