An unproductive conversation ensued. References made to current discounting adverts listed on the website were dismissed as 'former promotions' that were strangely lacking expiration dates. How could a promotion end without a website revision or an indication anywhere of an expiration date? I was then requested to send a photo of the website to the unsolicited caller to verify the advert I had and was currently seeing. I complied and was told that what was advertised wasn't currently on offer, yet no effort seemingly made to honor the promotion offered on the website that we both were, by then, seeing. Deciding to side with my lying eyes over the lying, duplicitous, prevaricating voice on the phone, I promptly ended the call mid-conversation and decided to phone another tinting installer. Hopefully, this review gives reason for others to do the same.

However 18 months after my closing I needed a copy of my title commitment to settle a situation with my association. I made an initial request in early December 2008, and she assured me she would get me what I needed within days. It's now 2 full months later and she stopped responding to emails and has completely blown me off. For someone who prides herself on professionalism, this was a total garbage move that has left me and my association hanging. I wasn't expecting something for nothing, but nothing is certainly what I got. For the horrendous service these past 2 months, I've knocked her down to a single star.
