The firm's command of Quickbooks was wholly inadequate, leading to recurring issues. The owner's approach towards these problems, more often than not, included deflecting responsibility onto the client, which exacerbated the challenges. I feel it's important to emphasize that engaging with this firm will likely lead you to unexpected costs and significant setbacks. Therefore, I strongly recommend if you are evaluating this firm to examine all options thoroughly. A partnership with VMR will prove more taxing than beneficial. In the end, working with VMR was a terrible experience and one that ended up with me having to pay much more than I should have for another firm to go into the books and retroactively clean up the mess that was left.
