Chad retracted service to me. He replied to an email with this: "I've had something unexpected come up in my family and it's looking like I need to leave the city by next month. I just learned about it on Tuesday. I'm going to have to refer you to another CPA." When I signed on with him he told me to hire a CFP, which costed me almost 4k . I recently got a notice from the IRS about my 2015 return that I had filed myself through turbotax. I immediately panicked as they said I owed them a significant amount of money.
