On top of that, the final charge ended up being more than 3x what the same OEM part is listed for at Ford, which raises serious concerns about how the pricing was marked up and presented. The issues didn't stop there. This happened on a Friday. I was told my car would be ready before 4:00 PM, but around 4:30 PM I only received a last-minute text update. I arrived at approximately 5:09 PM, and the shop was already closed. There was no one available, no way to speak to anyone, and no reliable way to get updates or access my vehicle. Because of the timing and the fact that it was already Friday evening, my car would have been stuck there all weekend until Monday, which directly affected my work schedule. I had to go out of my way to find and contact the owner myself just to avoid being left without my vehicle for multiple days. We had two requests, that they change out one of the wheels as the rim was scratched and remove vinyl stripe decals. As we negotiated the sale, we walked away from the deal at one point and called another ford dealer that also had the exact car, that we had looked at the previous evening. I negotiated a lower price with them. We went inside and told them we were leaving to go purchase the other car at the price we wanted to pay. All of a sudden they were ready to sell the vehicle at the same price so we agreed. We went into pay. We planned to pay for it in full and had transferred funds to our credit card to do so. Unfortunately I did not think to bring a checkbook because we thought the credit card could easily be checked for available funds. We offered to wire the money as well. We finally got it settled. The dealership was going to close, it was 6 pm. Their attitude changed completely during all the final paperwork. They because pushy, rude. I was ready to walk out. The salesman came and said they changed the wheel out but wouldn't remove the decals since we had gotten since a low price for the car. Unbeknownst to us the also removed the full size tire and the tonto covers for the convertible that had been in the trunk. We didn't find this out until we got home with the car. What kind of crap service is this?! We saw them explain features to other people purchasing vehicles during the day. We were there 6 hours. The salesman DID NOT SHOW US ONE SINGKE OPERATION feature of the car. He had become surly and rude. We had stayed polite the whole time. At no point did they ask if we were going to finance, so I guess they figured they would get the financing fees from us. Not one email to say thank you, nothing. Absolutely the WORSE DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER BOUGHT A VEHICLE FROM OR DEALT WITH. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GO ELSEWHERE

Our car was an Acura MDX A-Spec 2020 in mint condition. So we were paid the whole quoted estimate. But the bottom line, JOE was great. Professional, processed our paperwork, explained everything.
