They had to re-do the opening by switching to the oposite side. By completion of install, installer no longer needed the step stool-- instead of picking it up-- he just threw it across the floor, on the procelain tile!! Porcelain tile or stone tile in general is fragile, don't they know? It breaks! No apology for this--no big deal for the guy.... Am disappointed in regards to this behavior,unprofessional & careless in my opinion. Reading a prior answer from the company's owner, I NEVER expected or even asked for a 40% discount ( for Black Friday) !!

They showed me many options and answered all my questions. In short they gave me a valuable education in shades. With your help, I found precisely what I wanted. After they were installed, I noticed a mistake in the positioning of the shades and M and M responded immediately sending over a man to look at them. When it turned out the problem couldn't be resolved by repositioning the shades, one of the owners, Janet, immediately offered to replace one of the shades at no cost. I sent them a picture of the door I wanted to start with -- fixing the single door screen roller and rescreening the door. Time passed, and they said the work was done. When I came to visit, I couldn't tell anything had been completed. They kept asking for payment, and I kept asking a simple question: which door was completed? They said they could provide pictures, but I later found out they could not. Once we moved into the house permanently, I called last week to schedule a time for them to come out, show me what was done, and then move forward with the rest. The gentleman I spoke with said "no problem" and scheduled me for Tuesday. The very next day, I got a call from him again -- this time to collect payment. I reminded him of our conversation, and he agreed, "oh yeah, see you next Tuesday." Then another call came from the office saying they needed payment before honoring any warranty work. Again, I explained that I was told payment would be collected when they showed me what was done. She said okay. But then the texts started -- numerous back-and-forth messages pressuring for payment. At that point, I told them: just send the invoice, and whatever warranty you claim to have on the work (that I couldn't even verify was done), you can keep it. I paid them and blocked their number. I honestly don't know how they have 5,200 five-star reviews. Maybe they do good work for others -- but this was not one of those times. Best of luck, but they will not be my choice again.
