I asked for a black roof and to say I am dissatisfied is an understatement, it is a charcoal dark grayish color and not black. They also were here from 7:30 am until 7:00 pm as they obviously did not have a big enough crew. The foreman asked if I was happy with the roof when it was done and I said it was not black and I wanted black. He tried to offer up some explanation about this, that and the other and I said it is not black. Brian impressed me with his work ethic. I attempted to get him to sign me to a cleaning list but he did not provide such a service sadly. If he had I would have taken it immediately and may have signed a contract for two cleanings a year (which is not unreasonable for my roof given all the trees around me) Brian's price was the most reasonable and fair of other services I availed myself to in the past.
