The CON was that his professional voice was not as developed in my appinion. For example, when I asked him about the satellite that was damaging the side of the house he mockingly asked how old I was, like it was a stupid question, or that I did not instantly recognize what the structure was and rudely pointed that out. He also turned my question around when I asked him about the stove, he rudely asked if I wanted to cook, when I asked him if it needed to be replaced. I don't know how he behaves in other settings, but when I am paying for a professional, I want professional behavior. He didn't like that I complained and threatened to look into legal action due to my appinion. That is very telling. Most would apologize, make it right and learn to be better. When you play stupid games, you win stupid prizes.
