She and her team have helped me for over a year with my 94 year old mother's mortgage and savings account . Printing information, cutting checks , closing and opening accounts plus opening a line of credit . Been Banking with Webster for over 20 years. Lately with their mergers, they are not doing so…read morewell. They made a change on their Bill Pay page interface between April 22 and May 22, 2026 and now Bill Pay will not load for me. I called their tech support and after spending a long time, the woman gave me a case number and said they would respond in 48 hours. I waited a few days. Next time I called, this guy said it was my problem, he can see Bill Pay with no problem. I told him, I had no problem before this month and it is something they did. He refused to accept that, said I was the only person complaining and so it is my problem. I will go to the branch tomorrow with my computer to see if I can resolve the matter or else I will switch banks, since online bill pay is important feature for me. I dislike it when they blame the customer for problems that they caused. Reminds of AOL customer service--always blame the customer.
