I knew of this KeyBank drive-thru ATM, which sits just off of Main Street in the Williamsville Village, near Sweet Jenny's. But I did not realize there was actually drive-thru teller service available at this off-beat location too, until one day I hit it at a time when I drove by the window and was all, "WHOA, THERE IS A REAL HUMAN IN THERE!" :-O This is a drive-thru location only, no walk-in services. There is a 24-hour drive-thru ATM. There are also two lanes with chutes for drive-thru teller services, which is open Monday - Friday from 10am - 2pm. The tellers are always very friendly and quickly process my transaction without any issues. It's great to have a drive-thru banking option still available at a nearby KeyBank, even if this was a secret to me for a long time. Glad I cracked the code and found this option! :-D

No M&T claims that they won't replace the $ because every transaction was considered "authorized" due to the fact that it used his debit card. M&T did NOTHING to secure his account and never shut it down when the system saw unauthorized transactions! Now my 96 yr old dad on a fixed income is out $20K! If he didn't have another account, he'd be on the streets!!! These people are the worst!!! Never use M&T Bank!

Today I only needed a notary to notarize a couple of papers. As one person walked toward me to ask what I needed, another person beat her to it. When I said I needed something notarized, I received a big smile, a wave over and the reply, "I'm a notary, I'll do it right now. " I have to say, I was completely surprised not to have to put my name on a list and be kept waiting; pleasantly surprised that my visit took less than five minutes and I was on my way. The notary even offered to explain my paperwork if I needed it. Breath of fresh air to deal with people who like their job, are in a good mood and offer genuine customer service!
