After we got everything working he charged us an arm and a leg. And when we were billed, it said we paid a roofing company not AJ AIR AND HYDRAULIC. He also kept calling and harassing us to let him work on more tools, I wanted nothing more to do with his work or customer service. A couple months later I got into contact with LONESTAR GEAR AND HYDRAULIC for local repairs. We agreed to a Net45 standard (which means we have 45 days to pay the invoice.) January 12, 2024 my tools were picked up by Kevin (who said he was the owner.) I was told it would take no longer than 8 days, after the 8 days I called Kevin and he told me his best friend had just died and that he was running behind, I was understanding and didn't make a fuss. A few days later Kevin would no longer answer my phone calls. I had to call from a different number to get any answers about my tools. I then found out that they sent them to George from AJ AIR AND HYDRAULIC without my consent. I then called George and he said they're both his company and I couldn't pick up my tools because they were all taken apart. He kept asking for hoses so that he could test to make sure our tools worked (why doesn't he have his own equipment?) It is now March 13, 2024 and my tools are not finished. Some of my guys went to the address on his website and there was a man there that explained that George was no longer there and good luck because he is a crook and thief. He then sent us to where he is located. George kept saying everything would be ready in 20 minutes, my guys waited from 8am - 1:30 pm. He then refused to give us my tools back without cash payment, mind you the repairs are $10k (the tools were not done nor do we know if they even work anymore.) He said we gave him a bad taste in his mouth so he's going to keep them until he gets paid. Those are not the terms I agreed to with LONESTAR, he then slammed the bay doors on my guys and left. He then sent us a handwritten invoice with a changed term "COD" (cash on delivery) I agreed to have 45 days to pay for the repairs. George kept demanding a purchase order number then he would let my guys get my tools, once we gave him the number he still kept my tools. My tools are still being withheld from me to this day March 13, 2024. These people are lousy, unskilled, and unprofessional CROOKS that don't deserve anyone's business! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND THESE PEOPLE. I can recommend MAINTENANCE OF WAY as a reliable, customer oriented company with fast turn around!

I brought it to this shop and Jim did a diagnostic check and of course my engine light went off but he noticed my alternator was bad. Of course, my car stopped running due to the bad alternator.
