My brakes sounded horribleeee and it even got to the point where I did not feel safe making my daily commute into Houston. Luckily, I called them Wednesday and they were able to get me in that Saturday morning. Isaac at the front was incredibly nice and explained to me how they will look at it, send me an email with what they found and a break down. Then they would call me to confirm pricing before they start. I got my final pricing for brakes and ac to be fixed in the future. They told me what was priority that day and what could wait! It was more than I expected because of the parts I needed but honestly, they were quick, nice and had tons of cars they were currently working on it (from it looked like). Yeah, I could have looked up the parts and bought them myself etc. but I rather save time and pay a professional. It had been a night of stress and family drama due to this incident, and when he arrived on site, and I went over to meet him, the first thing he did was to offer me a bag of M&Ms simply because he could tell by my voice earlier on the phone, that I was having one hell of a night. And not only did he provide a calm energy to a volatile situation, but provided a solution to getting my mom's car back home without the use of a wrecker. His sincerity, kindness and dedication to others' wellbeing are genuine. I could not have made it through that harrowing experience that involved an adult sibling's intoxication, damage to the car, dangerous entries and exits multiple times on a busy thoroughfare, dealing with an alcoholic, lost car keys, and extra trips downtown between 11pm and 1:30am before a school week without Marty. His assistance was worth gold and to top it off, he kept an earlier scheduled maintenance repair appointment two days later on my mom's Volvo without a blink of the eye. Marty magically breathed new vigor into that dying Volvo by building an entirely new battery attachment which had the old Volvo running in no time.
