I am not one to leave a bad review but this place completely disrespected me as a paying customer. I went in on a Thursday and asked for a simple gel polish because I did not have time for a full manicure. The young lady took me right away but you can tell she was rushing to finish my nails so she can get to other customers that were coming to spend more money. She did not even fully wait for the gel to dry under the light, and was done with my nails in less than 20 minutes. I woke up the next day to go on vacation and they had ALREADY started to CHIP!! I called to let them know that I will be coming back after vacation. On vacation, they started to peel like STICKERS and that was the outcome of not letting them dry enough and rushing! Went today with my granddaughter. Was glad to see the new updates to the salon. I got the regular pedicure, and was kind of disappointed it did not include the scraping of my foot like it used to, or the hot towels. They have both been included before. My granddaughter wanted gel toes, and she did a little flower on them. They looked cute. Kind of pricey for the two of us, but we splurged! They always do a great job! read more

I was recommended by a friend to check out this salon and they did not disappoint. I went for a pedicure and they are amazing! $25 for pedicure with exfoliating scrub, paraffin wax, lotion and hot towels. Kim took her time giving my pedicure. This was the worst idea ever. Hey had been to them once for a polish change and it lasted a while , so since I was baby free I thought I'd give them a try in my break. I told them I was on lunch I could come back after. She said no we can do in a hour. Long hour and a half later I was still there . 30 mins over my lunch. With all that my nails are so shitty. No smooth, not fully polished, dry hands, and they didn't offer a discount $38 for this bs. I will be retiring after work and I expect my money back. read more

No frills nail salon with very reasonable prices. I walked in on a weekend, grabbed my polish and sat in the water for about 5 minutes before my pedicure started. It's not a spa feel but you won't pay spa prices either. The polish on my toes still looks great 2 weeks later. read more

I go here regularly and I don't understand why the yelp average is only 2. This is by far my favorite place to go and their prices are great. Complimentary bottled water, and a back massage while you're nails are drying. Not to mention the customary warm wax bag things lol. everyone works hard and efficiently! It's the best! read more

Very poor customer service today. Instead informing my daughter about the wait time, they left my daughter waiting for 20 minutes in the foot bath. I suppose they figured that once your feet are in the water, you are theirs! I consider this rude, and disrespectful. I told my daughter to remove her feet from the water, shake them off, and head right over to the next nail salon. No one deserves to be treated this way. Had used the other techs here and the service was meh and quality low. Then I went on a weekend and met Kimberly---She is excellent. She is careful to do a great job.Her mani pedi quality is outstanding and she is a really kind tech. The other techs will do things to undermine her--which is upsetting .. Like once after my pedi--Kimberly had gone into the back to get something...Another tech took the gel light off her station and we had to wait 1/2 hr to get it back so she could do my hands! Very rude of the other tech--- I think the others are jealous--as Kimberly has clients like me that will only see her. So buyer beware--- only go on a weekend for Kimberly. read more
