There was some resin spilled in one of the compartments that was still a little tacky afterward, a few sap spots remained on the exterior, and there were still some marks left in one of the cupholders. That said, the overall difference was huge, and my car looks so much better than it did before. The detail took about two hours, which I thought was pretty efficient. I got their "Manager's Special" service and this has to be the best wash for your money. My car was dirty from moving and my dog, so much fur, dandruff & trash. Initially I had Kory and Nate come out and they were professional and did a great job. I noticed after the detailing there was a specific spot in the back that had a much more noticeable odor. I read online that introducing moisture to fabric can "reactivate" old smells. I tried to remove it myself but it didn't really work, so I reached out to the company and they sent out another team for a quick spot cleaning on another day free of charge. Nick led the second day and was very patient and helpful. I highly recommend this business, plus they come directly to you for service!
