While the services rendered all came out great and I never had any issues with the products for the entirety of me owning the car, it took a rather negative experience with another installer on my current car to realize how knowledgeable and professional Kristina / Impero actually is. During my negative experience with another installer, I received more support, more useful and accurate information from Impero than from the place I was having issues with at the time. In retrospect, I would've been better off had I just gone to Impero again right away with my new car, but I wanted a specific brand of tint that Impero isn't offering (for good reason, as I now know) so I went with a different installer (who even charged more). I can't recommend Impero highly enough to anyone looking to get their windows tinted, or their car wrapped, Kristina really seems to always keep up with the latest products and knows what's currently best on the market.

When I first inquired about a full wrap + ceramic coating, Zami responded quickly, and asked if I preferred a traditional PPF or satin look. I'm not familiar with how satin looks, especially on white, but Zami sent pics of an ES the team had worked on and it looked amazing, so I chose that. Zami provided the quote, and I went with it. Zami, Miras and the team delivered - they gave a week timeline, and when I went to pick the car up, it looked like a totally different car. Satin white was definitely the right call, so thank you Zami for providing examples. Pricing is great, especially with the results; what really stood out was the level of after care. Zami asked me to come back a week after pickup for a full inspection. Miras and the team looked over all the lines and seams, and fixed minor imperfections and areas that bothered me. Since getting my car back, I've contacted Zami about small areas I've found that were bugging me, and she and the team always told me to come by and they'd fix it up. Other places would tell you to take a hike, but not MPF. I'll be taking my future cars to them!

AVOID I paid for…read morecolored XPEL PPF ($6500) and as best I can tell they installed cheaper Vinyl Wrap, poor install with many flaws and damaged parts of the BMW X5 ___ I brought my BMW in for a full XPEL PPF installation and was told the vehicle would be ready on Saturday, May 30. I then received multiple delays, first being told it would be ready Saturday night, then Sunday, and ultimately not receiving the vehicle until later. Two days later, I picked up the car and was charged for an XPEL PPF installation and was provided an XPEL warranty. The following day, I inspected the vehicle in direct sunlight and found numerous installation defects also observed damage to two window trim components, damage to paint on the door and found that the reflectors had been covered with film/tape. I then had the vehicle inspected by another professional. Based on that inspection, I was informed that the material installed appeared to be 3M vinyl wrap rather than XPEL PPF. Concerned about these findings, I returned to the Tint World location twice on Thursday, once around 11:00 AM and again around 3:00 PM. On both occasions, no one was there. The store was empty and in disarray. No one responded to my repeated phone calls and texts. I called an area manager at Tint World as well and haven't heard back.

Nick was an excellent salesperson; he's an old-school guy with a deep history and knowledge of audio, and he helped me get off the fence with the different brands and boxes I was researching. I was originally looking at some subs for under the seat, but ended up getting a Kicker sub with Nick's advice, since he said under-the-seat subs aren't that great and, for the same price, a boxed sub with an amp will sound better. The installation took about an hour and a half, and you can either wait in-store or at a few nearby plazas to eat and wait. The install itself was clean and professional. Overall, loving the bass. I might be back soon if I upgrade the stock speakers in my ride to improve mid- and high-frequency clarity. On another note, I didn't know they also do tinting. Nick offered a good deal, but it's too bad I just recently had my tint done elsewhere. If I had known, I would have saved some money on my tint by doing it at Audio Motorsports.
