Avoid -- damaged my car. Paid $169 for a car polish and wax. Car came back with new micro swirls…read moremost likely caused by improper polishing (without first using a clay bar to decontaminate the car). These swirls did not exist prior to the detailing. The technician (Jay) said he would call me back to explain what he'd do to fix it but never did. UPDATE: Revising to two stars as the technician did call me back, offering to fix it by polishing further (for 3pm the next day). However, he insisted that a clay bar was not needed before polishing, and the lack of a clay bar was not the reason for those new micro swirls. This is contrary to established practice, where decontamination by clay bar is routinely done before polishing so bonded contaminants don't cause additional swirl marks. Clay bar is always recommended practice even for a Stage 1 polish. (Sadly, I had to learn this the hard way.) I am partly to blame for taking his word for it and not paying for the clay bar. But equally, I trusted him to know better than me -- and not recommend a polish without a clay bar. Eventually, I ended up declining the appointment to fix the issue, as I had by then lost confidence in his approach. I will be taking the car to another detailer and paying extra to remove these new micro swirls... He was a nice guy though, clearly with good intentions, and I wish him all the best.

The car looked great, not perfect, but for the price this is worth it. I've been to other places similar to this, and they don't do a very great job. People complaining about some missing spots are just picky. If you want a detailed clean with every spot and crevice cleaned, then you would have to pay one of those travel places like $300 and wait 5 hours. But this isn't that, it's an affordable, quick, and convenient detailing. Their waiting area is a nice gift shop with free coffee as well. Definitely recommend, just don't expect perfection, you get what you pay for at the end of the day!

I had a very strange experience here this afternoon. The service has declined markedly since this…read morewas the Shine and Brite Car Wash. I pulled in around 4:45, and made sure to ask the guy writing the tickets if they had time to wash the car, because they close at 5pm and if they were already planning on getting on with their weekend, I could have come back at another time. He assured me it was fine so I parked and walked to the waiting area. The restroom area was cordoned off, and the seating that had previously been in the waiting area had been removed, except for a few benches. After a while, they called me to get my car, and I noticed that there were still a number of dirty spots. I pointed one out and the man cleaning the car wiped it half heartedly with a towel. I pointed out a few more dirty spots and the man said the wash was finished. This was a new one for me, as the whole point of going to a car wash is that you give them $30, and in return you get a CLEAN car, not just a slightly cleaner car. When I asked if I could borrow some towels and some spray cleaner to finish cleaning the car myself, I was refused, and told I could pull my car around front and use my own tools to finish cleaning my car. Again, this was a new one for me, as if I wanted to clean my car myself using my own materials, that would pretty much eliminate the necessity for coming to a car wash. But I'm not going to sit and argue with someone who is employed by a car wash to wash cars as to the raison d'etre for a car washing establishment, so I got in my car and got on with my day. But I thought I'd leave this here for anyone that might want to leave a car wash with a clean car and a feeling of money well spent. This is not the place for you.

I might add that two people were mopping the cars. They did not move. So, I honked my horn; they both looked at me and kept mopping. Meanwhile, the line of cars behind my car was now in the street, and people were getting out of their cars, obviously annoyed with me, when I had nothing to do with the problem. By now, I am beyond annoyed, and I blew my horn again when this young girl saunters her lazy *ss over to my car with a rude *ss attitude. She had pink dye in her hair, in case you want to know who I was dealing with. I told her I had been sitting there for way too long, and they needed to do better. I told her to look at the line of cars behind me. She had the rude audacity to ask if I had a Fast Pass, which I do. She then called someone on a cell phone and gave them my license plate number. Sometimes I tip, but I will not be tipping for a long time since the rude teenager and the grown man chose to ignore me, the help button notification, and my horn blowing. I have had a Fast Pass for years, and I have never been treated so unprofessionally. She could see the Fast Pass in my window. This is an example of poor customer service. Poor customer service can make or break a business. I pay for the monthly membership not poor customer service.

I neglected my car for so long, especially after my baby was born. Dog hair, dog stains, etc. It was terrible. Yes, lack of time to take on such a massive cleaning was an issue. But an even bigger issue was that there really was no car detailing company who could really truly get rid of all the dog hair in the carpets/seats. They would charge me hundreds of dollars, just to tell me they did the best they could with their vacuums, and that no vacuum can really get rid of all this dog hair. So I just held the project off. But 2 years later, our family really needed this car, as my son was getting older and needed to go to daycare, both parents had to go back to work, and we couldn't do all of this smoothly with only one working car. So I did my research and found Endless Summer Mobile Detailing, to revive my neglected second car. They were so accommodating with my schedule, and so communicative with where to meet up. The way they talked about the tools that they used to clean my car, the way they worked together as a family, it was all so beautiful to watch. It's really rare to find a business like this. I wish I had "before" photos to show the satisfying before/after photo, but here are the after photos. Not a single dog hair left behind. Not even in the cracks or in between the seats. I should have asked why (totally understand the banner may be outdated, but it was a sizable increase over the list price and the attendant did not mention it - just gave me the payment slip). You pay in the little taco shop next door. I am still unsure if I was a sucker for paying that much, or if it's truly what they charge everyone. Hence my 3 star review versus 4 or higher. There were steady customers, but it wasn't too crowded. Took just shy of an hour. I'm not overly particular and they did a good job. I had a ton of pet hair on the passenger side floor mat that they made disappear. Was it worth the almost $200 with tip?? Ehhh... It felt a little high, but it was convenient. I get my car detailed every couple of months from a detail shop so I know what I'm looking for, but I didn't know what to expect with a mobile detailer (you always hear horror stories). This wasn't the case at all. First, this is a family owned business by a couple Giancarlo and Sierra. I got to chatting with them and found out Giancarlo has been detailing cars for the last 6 years at detail brick and mortar shops but decided to start his own business, so he uses all the same techniques and methods. When I came to pickup my car, it was sparkling clean but somehow I had gotten some orange residue (maybe paint?) on the car from driving. Giancarlo worked his magic and spent extra time to get this residue out. They also gave me an air freshener as a nice touch and my interior was amazingly clean. In terms of where they do their service, they can come to if you have a driveway or space for their van to clean your car. In my case where I live in a building complex, I went to them in which they operate out of their house. They also answer the phone or text message for booking. Very happy with the service- they provide a lot of value for half the price of shops and it's great to support a local business.

I was given a deal to include the engine bay cleaning being that it was semi clean already. After, I was told I need to clay bar the exterior within a year to remove impurities and have it smooth to the touch. I like that you can hangout at Buffalo Wild Wings upstairs until the car is completed. I would give them 5 stars for the service except for one issue. The only issue I had was the acidic cleaner used on the wheels was used on my burnt titanium exhaust tips which stained them and now I have to either replace the tips (a $400 value) or re-burn them back to the original look.
