I also greeted the men working they also very nice and speak Spanish. They did a nice job I recommend coming and also they called me over and told the man if I lower my top down because you can see hidden dust that's hard to see when it's up. He gladly let me and owner came over took care of it! Please not to anyone come be nice and just express if something was missed they will take care of it. I recommend coming. So I recently just moved and I needed to find a place to get my car washed. This place was the first one that popped up in the searches and I'm glad I found it. This business is small and simple but after when the service was done I was really satisfied with the quality and value. I got their "Manager's Special" service and this has to be the best wash for your money. My car was dirty from moving and my dog, so much fur, dandruff & trash. I've been here a handful of times. They do a decent job. I don't have high expectations, it's a car wash spot, not a detailer. I do a simple exterior/interior wash, or sometimes just the exterior. I usually come on weekdays. Today I went and got an exterior wash. The head person there was someone I hadn't seen. I said I just want an exterior wash, no problem. After they washed the car, I watched them dry it for about 2 minutes before he said it was done. I was surprised, but hey, maybe they move quick. Upon walking up to the car, there was still water on many parts of the car. The lower half, the bumpers, water coming from door sills and windows. When I asked if they can dry it more, the head person kept telling me "exterior wash, exterior wash" as if I was asking for them to do something outside of an exterior wash. He seemed annoyed that I pointed out areas that weren't wiped down. He wiped them down for me, but the attitude and improper treatment of a paying customer was not okay. I gave 3 stars because the other times I've been here, with the other person running it, they've done a good job. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will not be returning. Unless you're in a jam, I'd try someplace else before coming here. read more

I've been coming to this car wash for over ten years, and it has really gone downhill. Unless you arrive in a Bentley or a high-end foreign car, they will not wash your vehicle according to standard car wash guidelines. I regret giving them multiple chances, mainly due to the convenience of their location just around the corner from my house. Each time I visit, I see others, including myself, having to complain about how dirty our cars still are after the wash. Recently, I brought my car in with dirt all over it from parking near a softball field, and they washed my vehicle for only about ten seconds. I could still see dust on it afterward. When I approached the business owner, he tried to convince me that my car was washed properly and that tree sap couldn't be removed during a wash. This is incredibly disrespectful to a paying customer, as everyone knows that is just an excuse to justify their inadequate service. The wash was so poorly done that the owner had to wipe down my entire car with a warm towel to remove the marks they left, which unfortunately resulted in scratches on my vehicle that weren't there before. This situation is ridiculous--save yourself the trouble and wash your own car instead of dealing with people who don't know how to do their job properly. It's uncomfortable to have to explain these issues to them when it really should not be necessary. He also mentioned that the interior dressing included in the $30 wash was merely a wipe down, which is incorrect. Interior dressing should involve a liquid paste, similar to what they use for the tires, and I had to point this out to him because it's clear that those are two different things. They seem to pick and choose which cars they want to care for, and even though I'm driving a brand-new 2026 Honda Accord, it appears that my vehicle isn't deemed worthy of proper cleaning. I will not be returning to this car wash. If there is a number I can call to file a complaint, I will definitely do it. For too long, I've allowed them to take my money for subpar work, and I can only imagine how many others have experienced the same thing and just gone on with their day. Today was the last straw, and I hope their business declines so they can recognize their wrongdoings. read more

This place is a gem. I came in around 9:30am, it was easy to get in, and there were about 5 people getting their cars washed yet they were still able to take me right away. For $30 for a wash of the interior and exterior, that was just such a steal. They also do give you the option to have air freshener but my tip is that I would skip on it next time since having it sprayed in the car and then driving after can be kind of stuffy within the car. They did an ok job for a $30 hand wash but they missed a lot of spots inside and out. TBH my car was really dusty from camping but not muddy or anything, there was a thin layer of dust all over my car, both inside and out that just needed a good wipe down. It was clear that they didnt spend much time on the doors, as the dust was still very visible, in particular on the drivers side, so I noticed immediately. The seats also had some dust in the cracks, but I believe their $30 hand wash doesn't include seats. When I gtot home I checked outside more closely and saw a bunch of spots fo road dirt. For a $30 hand wash on the west side, its totally worth it... I guess. I'm new to LA, so I am learning the new value of things in West LA. Next time though, I may just wait to go back to the bay area to get a $30 hand wash that actually gets my entire car clean. read more

Stopped by here on a Sunday afternoon to get my car washed (just needed the exterior washed, so I opted for the $20 package which includes an exterior wash and tire dressing). I would say it was an overall OK experience - nothing spectacular by any means, but on par with other hand wash locations at this price point. Here's how it played out: I drove into the lot, pulled up behind the last car that came in, told the workers that I just wanted the exterior wash, left my keys in my car, and waited in the waiting area for about 30 min before it was all done. Once they were done, one of the workers called me over and handed me my keys. As others have stated, this place is cash only! It was a quick trip, which was nice considering I thought it would take a lot more time on a Sunday afternoon. That said, there were some dirt/water streaks in some areas, and the windshield was not washed thoroughly. Whatever spray was used to dress the tires got onto my car body, and it was tougher than I expected to wipe off. The previous place I would go was a lot more out of the way, so I'm glad to have found a decent carwash spot that's in a more convenient location. Service is fast, but there's room for improvement. Still, the price point is fair, and I would expect similar quality of service at other places that are around the same price range. Would come back for a no-frills car wash! read more

The guys who manage and do the work are not only professional but also genuinely kind and thoughtful. Just today, after they had already washed and dried my car, I asked--almost as an afterthought--if they could vacuum the front trunk and regular trunk. I wasn't sure if it would cost extra, but when I asked, the guy just said, "No problem. We'll take care of it." No hesitation, no upcharge--just generosity and great service. They even had to maneuver my car back into line and spend a few minutes figuring out how to do it right, and they did it with a great attitude. Got the basic wash. The owner is not all about personality, but they do a good hand wash. Sometimes the guys who dry off the car and clean the inside need reminders of some missed spots. But, overall, it's a good place to go. Also, it's pretty much only one car at a time, so I highly recommend getting there early. read more

I usually go to Echo mobile to get my car wash on the weekends but today they were closed so I tried this location out. I paid $65 for a car wash and wax and it was the worst car wash I've ever had. The car was left dirty on the inside. There are floor mats with dirt on them. The outside had dried soap, spots, specs, and dirt all over the windshield in the car. I don't see how it's possible to properly wax and wash a car in 25 to 30 minutes and it turns out they use that super cheap wax that those dollar car washes use when you run your car through the inside. Had I known the quality in care that this business applies to each vehicle I would've never gone there and I never will again. On top of it all they do not tell you they don't take card and they only take cash and there is no ATM on the premises. This allows the business owner to avoid getting contested charges on people's cards because of how poor of a job they do do yourself a favor and do not use this location for a car wash. I always come here and have a good service but today I was disappointed and confused why I got rejected? There were no other cars inside but the gate was open. Just came back since I hadn't gotten my car cleaned since the beginning of the summer, so it was long overdue for a car wash! Had a bunch of pollen and sand in the car, and even though I asked for option 2 ($25) I was told because of the condition it would cost $40 which I had no issue with. However, now that I've gotten home (20 minutes away) I noticed they did a pretty shotty job and for the price it's not worth while. I don't expect it to be fully detailed for the price, but didn't expect it to dry with so many watermarks for sure and the interior could've just been vacuumed for another minute to show for it. Additionally, it was supposed to come with air freshener but I never received that either. Hoping they're able to read this review and try and fix it since it definitely was not a $40 + tip carwash job I am new to the area so not sure if this is expected job for this price. Employees were super nice though and the man helping me out even informed me that my battery was extremely low, which I greatly appreciate! Not sure if they offer a monthly subscription either but it would be awesome if they did for $30/month. Maybe at that price I would return again. read more

This place has a lot of good reviews, which is why I decided to check them out because I've been looking for a good hand car wash. They charge $30 for hand wash, vacuum and supposedly air freshener but I didn't get one. It was actually pretty slow as you can tell by the photo when I arrived. They didn't vacuum the dashboard (as it has a cover so it can be vacuumed instead of wiped down) which I didn't realize till after I left. They left areas unfinished and it really doesn't bother me much because it was so cheap but I probably won't be back again. Tipped the guy and left. Amazing service and attention to detail was what I usually get with my mobile Detailer in Arizona. These guys in mid city LA are also quick and their finishing steps are thorough and with the special items I asked for. I don't want a full leather wipe down unless I know the materials used so they didn't when inside the car. They did a nice wipe down of the dash and consoles. The windows popped so clear and clean, and inside and out, they used different cloth so they didn't cross mix outside dirt with inside. I got a few extra items from the C wash and it was worth it. The owner guy I talked to today was Armenian and he was managing the workers and it all looked very smoothly orchestrated and he was great service guy and on the details. Worst car wash ever!!!! Biggest waste of $30 ever spent. I needed to spend an hour cleaning this car after leaving here and it wasn't in bad condition. Outside of car still had streaks everywhere and was not properly washed or dried. The windows were simply wiped, no glass cleaner was used, and they remained extremely dusty and dirty. The inside of the car was barely touched. They didn't wipe the screens, or the doors. They did not vacuum or shake out the mats. Very rushed job. Just wanted to get it done and go on to the next car with minimal effort and work. Horribly disappointed. Won't be back!!! read more
