ILLEGAL! She turned over the flyer with the energy drink sale on it and showed where it said that all items may not be on the store. She was poking the paper and with a rude tone was reading it to me. They did have the product, just in a 24 pack! She lied and said she would get fired and that she didn't have the authority to do that. Every cashier can do that for a customer in any grocery store! Then she just stood there and stared at me. I told her she could go now and she just kept standing there staring at me with a mean look on her face. I told her to leave again because she was just staring at me with a angry look on her face. She then told me I could speak to the manager. I said great get him. she said very rudely, oh no tomorrow at 7 am! Then she proceeded to tell me if I don't like it I can shop somewhere else! She wanted to fight with me and I don't even know this rude old lady! She also proceeded to tell me she was sorry I was having such a bad day in a snide way. I told her I wasn't but, she obviously was. This "woman" should not be working with the public at all!! There was a customer in line behind me and he left without purchasing anything either because of how she was talking to me! My aunt was with me and now you have lost 3 customers because your night manager doesn't have any type of good customer service! I cancelled my other items because I am not shopping somewhere that I am treated that way! I will be contacting corporate and I will be posting this review EVERYWHERE! She got her way because I definitely won't shop there again! I am new to town and being treated like that by some woman who obviously has anger issues is not a way to welcome someone to town. She treated me like I was an idiot and made it very clear that I was getting on her nerves because she had to help me several times. Well tonite I got to be checked out by her again. Don't leave a price mark up on the wall if you don't have the product. Plus, the medium eggs I've purchased there in the past were about the size of small eggs. It takes two medium eggs to equal one large egg in the long run. Coffee was up from $7.98 (approximately) a pound from a couple of weeks ago to almost $10 a pound now. I've chatted with the manager a few times and even complimented him on his hard working ethic never shying away from even stocking a shelf. A true sign of a good leader is one who isn't afraid to fill in when things need to be done. The store is usually adequately stocked and carry's a decent variety of product. It is a smaller Albertsons, so don't expect it to have all that you'd find in the mega stores of the bigger nearby cities. The deli always has its popular fried chicken and fresh bread. The produce department does well to keep things stocked and common items are also available at d you only need a little bit, like celery for example. I'll vote for a bigger beer section one day as well! They did add some self checkout machines. I prefer the social aspect of the cashier, but they are there when you need to get out quickly. It can get very busy here at times, but they do quite well at getting people checked out as quickly as possible.
