More upset because I was there when two female employees opened the trunk, saw that it wasn't vacuumed, and didn't even bothered to say something to me or to the other workers. I would have gladly drove it around to be vacuumed before leaving. I know they are rushing as they seemed to be short on staff but if you catch it and can fix it, that's always a plus. It's my second time here, same unfriendly cashier and I'm Latina and I speak Spanish so I know it's not a language barrier. It's unfortunate. I tried calling 3X and no one answers the phone. I've been going to this car wash for many years and I've always had good service.I'm an Uber and Lyft driver and I get my car washed several times a week.I was part of their monthly car wash program and enjoyed it. This month they decided to stop the monthly program and make you pay for each wash separately. I can't afford to pay $80/100 dollars a week to get my car washed so unless they reinstate a monthly car wash price I'll be looking for another car wash place. read more

It's it's already distasteful to have to correct someone on something that they should know how to do. It is more tasteful and unprofessional when the person then denies the obvious. So I've been going to this car wash every now and then for a year now I guess but today will be my last day. I paid for 'the works' wash but it seems like the wash/wipe down was very mediocre... The works is supposed to come with a wax, but looking at my car after, I still see a lot of dry wet spots. I noticed some spots inside my car that needed to be wiped down and i purposely didn't wipe it myself because I wanted to see if they would but they didn't... for example, my cupholders were dirty. They didn't even wipe it out . the only thing I'm happy with is when I asked the guy if he can remove all the leaves out of my windshield and he did but other than that, this wash sucks. Lucky for them. I don't have the energy to go and request a refund , which I'm sure they wouldn't have gave me anyway , so I'll just make today my last time and find somewhere else to go. Anywhere that won't overcharge for such poor work. update: i couldn't take it anymore and got the refund the lady at the front (sorry idk her name but she had braids) was very understanding. read more

The car wash is okay and the vacuuming not the best. They do clean the car well but I have in the past experienced grease stains due to some Of the products they use in my car which has prevented me from coming back since. Although desperate times call for desperate measures and in in dyer need of a clean I went for it. Just as the reviews stated in the past they do take longer than most car detailing facilities in the surrounding area. Especially with mobile detailing, readily available and affordable, going to an actual car wash seems primeval. The vacuum wasn't bad but wasn't amazing and with the rates being just as much as other detailing places it just seems like a let down when the car isn't the squeakiest clean. Although they do clean the tires very well to the point where my chipping hub cap has officially been completely scraped off. Which isn't a complaint since my car hub caps are VERY OLD. I went to this car wash for the first time on 10/17/18. Will never be back again. I purchased the full car wash and when I got my car back it my car was not clean. My rims were still dirty and later on I found parts from inside my car were broken. When I complained to one of the employees about my rims, he told me because I didn't buy a more expensive wash my rims were dirty. IMAGINE! He agreed to clean then but it was like he did not even clean them! It might be cheap but it's not worth it! The $5 self cleaning car washes are better and saves the annoyance! READ BEFORE GOING HERE: would not recommend. Customer service: decent enough. Work product: half-mediocre. I was recommended to use the 17.99 "two-layer wax and shine" (not sure if its exact name) with cleaning of rims, windows, and 2 layers of wax. Rims came out with mud streaks (were not there before) no wax was put on my vehicle, I had to spend the past 1 hour and 15 minutes re-cleaning the exterior, re-wiping the rims, getting the footprints out [from the personnel cleaning my car], and taking photographic evidence of all of the problems that came of me using this car wash. I was taught if you put your name on a product, it better be worth putting your name out there... this business is not worth it. Will GLADLY expound any and all details with pictures to any and all who are considering this place. And I would highly recommend choosing a different location. The only positive thing: I did not order vacuum service or any interior detailing, yet they cleaned my driver side door panel (no other panel) and vacuumed the front floor on driver and passenger side (prior to leaving footprints). read more

I have had my car washed here a few times and the last time was probably the best results. I paid a little bit more than I wanted to because I needed them to really vacuum my car and wash it very well. They told me it would take approximately 30-45 minutes to finish everything and I told them that I was going to go eat lunch. The cashier told me that she would call me when the car was ready. I finished my lunch and returned in about 45 minutes. It took about 1/2 an hour longer and I think this was because they only had one guy vacuuming the car. I started to become frustrated and I asked the manager when the car will be finished. The result was excellent in that the car was vacuumed really well. I did notice a few spots on my side mirror that were missed as well as a spot or two on the windshield. They gave me a couple of Pina colada air fresheners which was nice; however, I didn't know that this was the case and I paid for an air freshener. I wish that the cashier had mentioned that I was going to get air fresheners for free and thus, I wouldn't have purchased the additional air freshener. I do think that the prices are high; however, it's hard to find a car wash that will wash and vacuum for a somewhat reasonable price. Seeing as how this location is very convenient, I probably will go back at some point. They do have a few packages that you can purchase which will give you as many washes per month as you want. This doesn't make sense for me to buy; however, if your car gets really dirty, it might be worth it. read more

Pulled in to get an oil change and car wash and they let my car battery go dead and had to pushed my car out of the car wash. New car and battery. They just left it and I had to find someone to jumpstart the car. They eventually came out of the garage and got it started about 20 minutes later. Manager and woman at the front desk were very rude and offered no apologies. When I take my car someplace to be serviced, I would expect it to be running when it came out of the garage. I don't like washing my car through a car wash I prefer hand wash but I really needed a car was and my boyfriend lives near by car wash lube. My boyfriend and I both got our car washed and it was fast and very cleaned on the outside. I like how they hand dry it from the outside and have like three women from the inside quickly wipe your windows from the inside and wipe off dust. Before your car goes through the car wash they vacuum the car from the inside which was very clean. The price was good 25$ what I didn't like was that my car gas cap has a sensor and when the car is on with just a touch it will open. When my car was in the car wash it opened the door from gas and I was worried because it could have break when it was in the car wash. Luckily nothing happened. Because of that I don't think I would go back. I rather stick to hand washing. read more

I hate writing negative reviews, but being unable to speak to those responsible, Jaime and Pedro, here's what I had to say. I wouldn't have you guys touch my car ever again if you guys paid me. I've been to this place about maybe 3-4 times. That's 3-4 times too many. The last time I was there, maybe a year or so ago, I had a bunch of things in my car, including an envelope with my rent payment in it. After cleaning my car, there was still dirt in it, despite having paid for the interior/ full cleaning package. But they did get rid of the envelope and any remaining change in the car for me. So thanks for that. They referred me to a sign on their wall saying that I was responsible for all belongings in my car. To their credit, I was pretty naive. Imagine trusting someone in this town. Where the heck do you think you live? So my advice, if you are seriously considering still getting your car here is to clean it first, before you have them clean it. They'll just give you the receipt. So some time passed, I wisened up, and thinking they might have gotten their act together, I took my wife's car back there to get a full cleaning as a Christmas present for her. Do you know when you walk into a place and have a gut feeling about it? My advice is you listen to it. The cashier playing candy crush should have been enough of a sign. When it rolled out of the wash and was waiting there to be waxed, there was still bird poop on the hood. How could they not see that? You can get a better job for $10 at the gas station. I paid more than 10 times that. I had to check and double check to make sure they cleaned it. They didn't like doing it either. I had to watch them to make sure they did it, because they just wanted to finish it up, kick me out, and go home. The manager seemed to complain and mockingly ask if it was "good enough" for me now. The manager. For all that trouble, I could have done it myself. And you can be damn sure I will next time. Again, I was naive. I took it there thinking I could use the time to take care of other stuff. Just do it yourself, it's less trouble, and cheaper. I was so irritated with what was done, that I just took the car and went home, not noticing that they had not put back the rugs/mats. Do I really have to keep an eye on that too???? It's part of the car! When I went back to pick it up, the manager told me he didn't know about it because he wasn't the one that cleaned the car. As a matter of fact, he did. And the fact that he would just shift the blame to the next guy and lie to me just kind of ticked me off. This is the manager, and I was getting nowhere talking with him, so I asked to speak to the owner. As incompetent as everyone was, they all seemed pretty coordinated in keeping this information from me. Except for one guy, a different manager(seemed more professional), whose name I didn't catch, an older guy. Even so, I was unable to reach them. So yeah, that's what I had to say. I wanted to say it in person, but couldn't find you. So there you go. Reading some of the other reviews, it looks like I'm not the only one who feels this way. read more

It's my belief that it's the reason people continue to be disappointed and leave bad reviews. Horrible car wash. First of all the cheap Venezuelan owners should install four large ceiling fans outside where employees dry vehicles. They are super hot. Why don't they? Too cheap. I wonder if the building is meeting county codes? Outside on the tall ceiling I can see exposed electrical coils. Clearly, these owners only care about profit. Secondly, show employees how to properly wash a vehicle and windows. None of the employees has any idea of how to clean windows. Terrible. The business will not run itself.
