Like broken bus, leaving kids stranded in a parking lot, never follow up with the group leader, we pay a different bus company to get us home, never check in on us to make sure we got home or even lift a finger to get us a bus, never return a phone call to reconcile us paying for another bus BAD. I hired M Coach for my wedding day to transport about 100 people to the Church ceremony and then to the reception venue, and then back from the reception to our homes. I spoke with Elena on the phone, who was able to kindly assist me with the booking and "itinerary". On the day of the wedding, we had both buses pick us up, take us to the church, and then onto the reception venue. Everything checked out ok until then. Unfortunately, come midnight, only ONE of the 2 buses arrives and the driver informs me that he was not informed of another bus pickup. What?!? I paid for 2 buses to drop off and 2 buses to pick up, yet there was only one bus to pick up. I had a copy of the contract on hand and showed the driver, he apologized and said there was nothing he could do. M Coach left approximately 50 people STRANDED, about 65 miles from home, until about 3:30 in the morning! Kids were part of the ones left behind as well! I spent an hour calling Elena (who had provided me with her direct cell). Nobody returned my call. Fortunately, the driver of the first bus, agreed to make another trip for us. We waited until 330 at a venue which was already closed and with its lights out, at which point, he returned for us. I had to tip him handsomely. This was the worst way to end our wedding day! The following day I contacted M Coach for an explanation and was met with rudeness and unprofessionalism. They made it seem as if it was MY mistake their driver didnt show!! How is that good business to be confrontational instead of understanding and apologetic about leaving 50 people stranded? Needless to say, I did receive a refund for the 2nd bus that did not show and was only ever provided with the explanation of "the driver made a mistake and he didn't show". This company lost a future client. I paid almost $3,000 in transportation costs to M Coach for a very important day of my life and they still managed to forget about me. Makes me wonder. Hire a more professional and organized transportation company. Or else you might end up stranded without a ride back home. It pains me to write such a negative review, but M Coach humiliated me with my guests on the day of my wedding. Shame. read more

This company left my entire family stranded 65 miles away from my home where they were supposed to be dropped off. What a way to finish our wedding night by having ALL my family members waiting outside the venue until 3:30 in the morning. My grandparents who are over 80 years old were left without transportation. What an embarrassment it was for my husband and I to tell my family members that we could not provide the transportation back home because the bus driver simply forgot to drive back to pick everyone up. We will NEVER hire this unprofessional business. Imagine any of you informing your family members you will provide transportation to the venue and back home after the party and then tell them sorry guys the bus driver that was picking you guys up forgot about all 50 of you. I had a wonderful experience with M Coach. Our previous experience with different charter bus companies have been near nightmares. This is the first time that we've used this company and we have been utterly impressed! We needed to order five buses for a 3-hour trip, carrying nearly 300 teenagers, including adult chaperones. Our driver Angelique was very friendly when we met her. A good impression was already set at the very beginning when she arrived on time. In fact, she arrived early. We needed to be picked up in Santa Barbara and driven back to Orange County on a Friday morning. That is usually a 3-hour drive. All five buses arrived and the interior was clean and the temperature was nice and cool, as we have been experiencing a heatwave this summer. There have been previous charter bus companies that we have used that have sent out buses without working air conditioning so we needed to make sure that we were all comfortable in the 3-hour drive back home. Our driver Angelique politely introduced herself to me and also offered use of the DVD player on the bus. There were many screens running from the front to the back of the bus. One of our kids did have a movie and the image and sound quality or excellent during the drive. The drive was smooth and I felt safe. There was a restroom in the back of the bus that was made available for us. When we arrived at our destination, Angelique made sure that no one left anything valuable behind. A thorough sweep of the bus ensured that everyone went back to their respective homes with exactly what they had on them. As the main chaperone, I sat up in front right behind our driver. I could hear that she was in constant communication with the other 4 buses. She was very professional and friendly with the other drivers. She was able to communicate with them parts of the freeway that had traffic or accidents and fan alternative routes to bring us all home safely and quickly. Izetta is the best bus driver ever!! She is such a wonderful, caring, and outgoing person. I couldn't ask for anyone better to drive me. She picked us up on time and made all the bus rides really fun. I 100% recommend her. She gets along with everyone and makes sure everyone is happy at all times. Just seeing her makes everyone have a smile on their faces. I am very thankful that she took the time out of her week to get us to where we needed to be. We took a 90 mile bus trip to Fallbrook and back with 40 senior citizens. Ahmad Thompson was our driver and he got us there and back quickly and safely. He was very polite and helped the seniors with mobility difficulties exit and enter the bus safely and had their walkers ready to go.
