We engaged Volta for a ride from Simi Valley to the KIA Forum to see The Eagles! When we're going out, we usually go Uber Black, but wanted to make sure we had a quality car for the trip both ways and were concerned about getting an Uber for the trip home from a busy concert, so engaging an actual limo service made sense. Volta's pricing was much better than another limo service we've used in the past. The driver (Will) showed up exactly as specified in a Cadillac Lyriq that was immaculate. Will was very professional and the overall experience was perfect. We will be using Volta again in the future. Maybe even for other rides where we might have used Uber Black in the past. The service that I received does not even deserve the 1 star. First of all, it took the driver 45 minutes to pick me up when I texted to say I was ready. Secondly, I was charged a cleaning fee of $150 for gum removal that I did not do. Pictures were sent of gum stuck to the seat but I do not chew gum! I had a really great experience with these guys. The service was excellent with an extremely pleasant driver. I had hired the car to go down to Orange County to pick up a rescue dog. Mitzi loved him and he fell in love too. I quickly learned that the little girl likes to lick your nostrils and she got him a couple times. This was, without a doubt, the best airport transportation service I have used. Everything from booking, to communication, to the actual pick-up and drive, exceeded our expectations. I had forgotten to book a shuttle until two days before we were returning from a long vacation. I found Jimmy's service here -- it was quick and easy to book online, and the price was better than others I had found. I was also able to request child car seats, which was a requirement for me. I sent a text to confirm my booking, and he responded very quickly. After a full day of travel on a 10-hour international flight with two little kids, we were all very tired. I usually dread getting out of LAX and getting home, but Jimmy made everything so smooth. I received text messages when he was on his way, and also when he arrived. It was easy to find him after baggage claim. From there, he helped us with our baggage and led us to his car, which was very clean and comfortable.
