Every dish felt intentional and balanced with bright acidity where you want it, richness without heaviness, and seasoning that enhanced rather than overwhelmed the ingredients. That said, the octopus and marrow tacos absolutely stole the show. Perfectly cooked octopus, rich marrow, and bold but harmonious flavours. It was easily one of the most memorable bites we have had in a long time. Service deserves a special mention. The wait staff was exceptionally attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm, striking that perfect balance between being present and never intrusive.
