Crooked business. From California we found a tv stand online at their business that we needed that we cannot find elsewhere. Their internet connection was not secure, so my husband called to order the stand over the phone. He was told he had to order the item online. He was also told the item was in stock and the employee would mail it that day. Nine days later, with nothing delivered, my husband called to find out what was going on with the order. The man told him he would have to look it up and call my husband back. He did not call. The next day, my husband called again and had to leave a message. I was concerned that we had paid in full and had no merchandise and no explanation. I called...the same man asked if he could call me back as he was with a customer. He knew exactly why I was calling. I insisted he call me back as soon as he was done with his customer. Instead, my husband receives an email stating we were getting a refund. NO EXPLANATION, just the email. So apparently, had we not contacted them, they would have kept our money. Additionally, did they not have the stand in stock? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - AMAZINGLY ZERO COMMUNICATION. When you order from this company they do not send you a confirmation they received your order or send status updates. No one answers their phone and you're unable to leave a voicemail. Luckily they accept payment via PayPal and you can get your money back. Hopefully this review helps others to stay away from this company. Wish I could give them zero stars. read more

I don't know if this place really exists or not, what i can say is i feel that they are trying to scam me, i ordered something online and they never shipped it. I sincerely hope the owner or whomever commented on another post reads this so i can inform them that their business is shady and i believe you try to con people out of money, that's a good way of doing business i guess if you don't want to stay open any longer.. read more

Be careful when using this business. I had to file a police report on site and will go to small claims court to recoup my losses. They had TV for 10 days and kept giving excuses as to why TV wasn't fixed. Gave me a quote to fix and I agreed but never got a call. Went back and was told TV wasn't repairable. So I asked for TV, but it was with Tech. Gave more excuses so I filled police report. Will go that route. read more

I ordered a board from this place on December 15, 2019. They have since took my money and my account still TV today shows that it's just processing. I tried multiple times to contact someone but no one will even answer the phone or email. I'm about to file court charges if I don't get my board or my money back here real soon. Do not use this place! We took our TV in for a black spot and when we picked it up you could no longer see a picture, you could only see a red and black line on the screen. No customer service, no work ethic. Very horrible business I do not recommend! Then he had the nerve to try and sell us a TV! Was that the reason he broke our TV? Horrible place! Terrible experience with this company. I purchased the item from this company because they openly advertise 30 day guaranteed money back. A few days after I receive the item, I called and asked the man who answered the phone what the refund process was like and he told me just mail it and he would refund it right when he got it. I paid a good amount of money to track the shipment. After patiently waiting for my refund, I called and the same man said he would refund me. He then proceeded to send me back 70% of the original purchase price stating "30% restocking fee". I informed him of the front page of his website stating the guarantee and he said "I am done with this conversation, you are wasting my time" and immediately hung up. read more

So I left my LG LED TV there for repair. My husband walked into the place and after about 5 minutes a gentleman walked out from behind. I explained the problem with my TV and he rudely commented that he would have to take it apart to find the problem and that would cost me 10$. I told him (thinking I was being helpful) I had done the research and apparently it is a very common problem with this model. He was typing on a computer the whole time I was talking to him. When I was done, he gave me a look and what appeared to be an invoice and said I will have an estimate for you tomorrow. 2 days had gone by so I called the repair shop. The gentleman told me I needed a new mother board and new plug and the estimate would be 139$. My reaction was "ugh no". Without even realizing how rude I sounded, that flew out of my mouth. I then tried to back track and explain that I had already taken a look at the mother board and it was only 1 capacitor that was swollen replacing that (less than $4 for the part)should work. As I was trying to explain, the man said look I'm not interested in hearing your explanations, just come get the TV. JUST NO....I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. read more
