The woman she talked to was friendly, understood our concerns and timing issues, and they were willing to look at our car quickly before they went back to all the work they already had queued up. She called us back half an hour later, the problem was sorted. It was just a bent brake rotor causing some noise, so it wasn't a big deal, but the fact that they were able to help us immediately and get our plans back on track was very helpful and took away a big source of stress on our vacation. I can't swear that Garage Keighan Mécanique should be your choice for auto repair in Longueuil, but we had a good experience with them.
