I went in to retrieve items from my car that was on the hoist and was treated like the biggest nuisance. The woman who rudely greeted me upon entering rolled her eyes and threw her head back when I told her what I needed. I verbalized how I felt saying that I'm a paying customer and I don't know why I'm being given attitude for asking questions. That triggered the woman and she proceeded to yell and scream at me and wave her finger in my face. She yelled so loud the mechanic came running over to diffuse the situation. I told him about the items I needed and he went to retrieve them. I then spoke to the woman again asking why when I asked about being treated badly I was treated even worse. This ensued another explosion and I was eventually kicked out of the building for simply asking to be treated kindly. I waited outside for my items and she practically threw them at me and made a point to stop and stare at me with intense hatred in her eyes. They also charged me $60 more than what was agreed upon without updating me prior to completing the service. Worst customer experience of my life.

Hose clamps? Left off completely. Interior trim? Broken. Hood latch? Destroyed. The "repair" he did created more problems than I walked in with, and I had to pay over $800 to a real mechanic just to undo the mess he made. That's not an accident -- that's incompetence on a level that shouldn't be anywhere near a toolbox. And once the damage was done, he vanished. No returned calls, no accountability, no attempt to fix what he broke. Just silence. Based on my experience, this person has no business working on cars. The lack of skill, honesty, and professionalism is staggering. Do yourself a favor and stay far away -- your wallet and your vehicle will thank you.
