Sales team was great so if your buying a new camper it's not a bad place. Anything else you could ever need is a waste of your time. If you need maintenance they have some of the worst people you could ever have work on your trailer. It'll look worse than when you brought it in. Oh and if they damage something it was like that before you brought it in. The worst isn't going back to talk about how bad they did. It's that the guy running the place will smile at you and let you know that your business isn't even needed. I would recommend any other rv store than this one! read more

We rented a camper to park on the family property during our wedding so we could all stay together on the farm. The rental was incredibly clean and had a ton of great features. Mario at CircleK gave us a very thorough orientation to make sure we knew how to use all the features. Only wish we could have rented more than one from them for the weekend! read more

While visiting family in North Branch and staying in my rv, I found myself out of propane on a 20 degree day....... the local place to refill was closed until Feb for a vaca so I went into Lapeer & found Circle K RV but as soon as I pulled in by the propane a nice man came out to tell me that they were also closed for the day but he would check inside to see where the closest propane would be..... he came out a few minutes later and let me know that he had contacted the owners and they were going to fill my tank and let me pay the next day that the office would be open because he had no way to take money and ring up the purchase.... it's been a very long time since I've seen hospitality like that and I would like to thank the owners again.... and also thank you Mario for going above and beyond on a very cold January day.... read more

We were headed out on our last camping trip of the season and realized our marker lights were not working. Circle K got us right in and was able to fix the problem immediately. They even made sure we knew what to do in the event it happened again. I would highly recommend this business. read more

In my search for a camper very late one evening, I came across Circle K RVs website. It is a very user friendly page. After requesting an instant quote (and easily getting one!), I also requested a call. The next day, Mike called. He was SO helpful with the MANY questions I had. There was no high pressure sales pitch - just a great guy fielding my many questions and offering solid advice. I set up an appointment to visit him the next day. Even though I had been delayed, Mike was waiting for me. He showed me several units. He is very knowledgeable. Again, no high pressure, just extremely helpful!!! Established in 1984.

Founded in 1984 by Pat and Fred Krantz. Fred and Pat had traveled extensive in RV's over the years and Fred had worked may years with Vesely Manufacturing that produced Apache camping trailers in Lapeer. After Vesely shut down in the early 80's the started selling folding campers and grew the business into a full line towable dealership. In 1995 their daughter Dee Dee and son-in-law Tim O'Brien purchased the business and continue to operate in the same location with desire to provide quality products with personal service before and after the sale.

I certainly hope the previous people who had bad experiences did contact management about their issues. With that being said, I can only go by what my experience was this past Tuesday when I had to go in to get my tires put on. It wasn't overly crowded which I was happy about, and I actually had an appointment-we are long time customers and have had alot of vehicles brought here for tires. We don't go anywhere else. I was waited on by Matthew, who I thought was very nice and helpful. Any questions I asked him he either knew or found the answer for me. I was able to get tires while the rebates were going on so that was a plus. I had brought a book to read thinking I may be there a couple hours, but I think it was pretty quick-maybe an hour total to get the tires on & check alignment. The place is big and spread out, I found the chairs comfortable, and though I didn't get coffee there was a coffee station. Also, don't want to forget to mention that when I walked in, there were about 4-5 guys behind the counters & I thought I'd get ignored(has happened other places)but they all told me they'd be with me shortly. That was a nice change to be acknowledged that your standing there! Anyway, the place seemed clean and I was comfortable waiting. I thought they'd try to sell me stuff I didn't need, and that wasn't the case. Maybe it's because tires are not cheap lol! We'll see over the next week how worth it getting new tires worked out to be! Tire rotations are free if you get your tires here so that's a plus.

If your looking for a mechanic or engine service these guys are the best in the business I've found. They stand behind there work and the parts the use. I had a situation last year when my front end power steering unit went out. They replaced it and unfortunately the unit wasn't working correctly. This was a 6 hour job at 80 and hour. I called and the pushed the business they had for that day back. They replaced the bad new unit with a replacement at no charge. As I was leaving one of the customers who's work got pushed back was asking when his car would be fixed. Rob worked 4 hours past quitting time to make sure he had his vehicle the day he promised it. Way over and above. If you need a great mechanic you can trust them Robs is the place to go. Everyone is family here.

This place is totally clueless when it comes to customer support. I spent an hour driving to get to their location to check their RVs and campers. Was disappointed there's only about 12 or so. Thought there would be a huge lot. The sales office is on the side of the building instead of the front. When I walked in, 2 gentlemen were in the office; one to the left, the other to the right. I asked to see the RVs and campers and they told me to "go out and look at them and if I had any questions, come back in and let them know". I was shocked! Then, I asked if there was a sheet in each camper giving the descriptions of each camper and what their price was. The answer was, "no" and if I wanted to find out the price I could come back in and ask them! I thought, "You've got to be kidding me!". Then, I asked him how could I compare the features and pricing while I was out there and he just told me to come back in the office and ask. Really? That's what I'm supposed to do! Run back and forth to the office to find out the features and price of every RV and camper they had on their lot? Granted, there was only about 12, but - come on! I left the office. Then, when I went into the RV store with supplies and told the lady there that I thought it was ludicrous to have such lack of service, she just shrugged her shoulders and said, "that's how they do it there". I clearly told her that you lost a customer. It was no sweat to her. Would not recommend wasting your time going there. They did absolutely nothing for customer service. I don't know how they could possibly sell anything there. I've been to several RV and camper stores and always get a sales person to show them to you, point out the highlights and the prices are known to me with each camper I see - on the spot. None of this going back and forth to the office to find out a price or feature of any camper. Still just shake my head on this one! read more
