I was really disappointed with this venue at the M Resort. It's basically a temporary setup it was all one level, using lawn chairs for seating, and no real insulation, so it was cold the whole time. The sound system was terrible. There was constant feedback and echoes made it hard to even hear the comedian properly. It completely ruined the experience and made the show much less enjoyable. We recently stayed at M Resort for two nights to celebrate my daughter's 9th birthday, including a cabana day at the pool. Overall, we've always enjoyed M Resort. We've stayed here several times, especially because of the local promotions, family-friendly atmosphere, and the pool. I also want to recognize Kawehi, our waitress at the pool, who was wonderful--attentive, kind, and provided the level of service you hope for at a resort. Unfortunately, one interaction with a supervisor at the front desk completely changed my impression of this stay. At the end of our pool day, my credit card was declined. The front desk let me know that the charges could be billed to the room and handled at checkout, so I returned to my room. Shortly afterward, I received a call from Blanca, who I later learned was a supervisor. From the very beginning, the tone of the conversation felt unnecessarily harsh and accusatory. I explained that I was sorry the card had been declined and that I would call my credit card company to find out what was going on. Her response was essentially, "How long is that going to take?" When I said I wasn't sure because it depended on the phone call, she told me she was there until 11 p.m. and that if the charges weren't handled, security would escort me off the property. I was honestly shocked. It was around 7:45 p.m., I was in my hotel room with my children celebrating my daughter's birthday, and I had never indicated that I was unwilling or unable to pay. I was actively trying to resolve the issue. The way the situation was communicated made me feel as though I had done something wrong or was intentionally avoiding payment, which was both embarrassing and completely unnecessary. As it turned out, there was a fraud issue with my credit card. Unfortunately, because it was the weekend, the credit card company wasn't able to resolve it until their normal business hours. I had other forms of payment available, so I called the front desk back and offered to provide my debit card. I was told I needed to come downstairs to do so, which I did. The debit card went through without an issue. Blanca came over shortly afterward. I asked who had called my room, and when she said it was her, I explained that I was surprised that a supervisor had handled the situation that way with a guest. I didn't feel that there was much interest in hearing my concerns, and the interaction left me feeling that the situation simply wasn't taken seriously. To be clear, my issue was never that my credit card was declined. Cards get declined. Fraud alerts happen. Payment issues happen. My issue was the way I was spoken to and made to feel over a situation I was actively trying to resolve. I am not writing this as a disgruntled guest looking for something to complain about. In fact, I have stayed at M Resort several times and have genuinely liked the property. That's what makes this experience disappointing. A supervisor should understand that there is a significant difference between firmly explaining a hotel's payment policy and speaking to a guest in a way that feels threatening, accusatory, or disrespectful. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and considers additional training and coaching for Blanca, particularly around tone, communication, and handling payment issues with guests. Sometimes a little professionalism, empathy, and humility can make all the difference. We had a great experience with many aspects of our stay, but unfortunately, this interaction has made me question whether M Resort is still where I want to spend my family's money. There are plenty of hotels that offer similar amenities, and I would hope M Resort recognizes that how guests are treated, especially when something unexpected happens, is just as important as the property itself. read more

I'm writing to report a very disappointing visit on June 29 at 9:15 AM. Unfortunately, the service standards were not met and the overall experience was unacceptable. Key Issues I rarely saw my server. I only saw her twice--when she took my order and when she handed me the check. My order was mixed up. The staff brought me someone else's order instead of mine. My order was incorrect when it arrived. When I finally received what should have been my food, it was still not correct. Food was wrong and the service delay was obvious. I still ate anyway because I was hungry, but the situation reflected poor handling and poor staffing. Clear staffing shortage. You can visibly tell there were not enough staff scheduled to support guests properly. The wrong person was handling food service. The runner was the only one moving food, rather than servers actively serving guests. Servers did not appear to be working. I did not see a single server actually work through the process (beyond taking the order/check). The restaurant felt unorganized. The combination of order errors and lack of presence from staff made the visit feel chaotic and neglected. Outcome Based on this experience, I will not be returning to M Cafe. read more

A nicer local casino, it looks and feels a bit more upscale than others, and has a more intimate feel to it, in my opinion. A shoutout to their adults-only Dream Pool (rent a cabana, you won't be sorry), and the amazing city view from Jayde 16 restaurant. Parking is ample and free. The music club just off the casino floor hosts some pretty fun acts, such as dueling pianos and small bands. The only con is their main performance space - the Pavilion- is more of an outdoor tent, with uneven flooring and simple folding chairs for seating. If that space was better, it would definitely be a 5-star resort. I can't vouch for the rooms, but everything I have experienced otherwise has been great. read more

I have friends who are Raiders fans. For some time, they've wanted to see the team play in Allegiant Stadium; and they wanted to stay at the "M Resort Spa Casino" (the official team hotel). We finally made the pilgrimage. But, given how the Raiders are performing this season, our stay at the M might have been the highlight of my weekend. (joke) Booking :: I booked rooms via a travel aggregation website. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff was friendly and efficient. Every team member was able to answer questions and facilitate our requests. Note: The hotel has a free shuttle available to pick you up from the airport, and to deliver you to your departing flight. However, you have to make reservations with the front desk in advance. Location :: This hotel is located away from the main tourist zones (The Strip and Fremont Street). But these areas are easy to access via ride share. Parking :: If you have your own vehicle, parking is free. Game Day Bus Service from The M to Allegiant :: On game days, the city bus service provides a direct line from the hotel to the stadium, and back again. The round-trip fare was $4.00 ! Hotel Room :: I have been a guest at many Las Vegas hotels. The rooms at The M are amongst the best I have experienced. I had a hard time identifying anything substandard about the room I received. The room layout and design were really good; tasteful; relaxing. The carpet was clean. The mattress was comfortable. The sheets were clean and bright white. The towels were fresh and in good condition. The furniture was exceptionally clean, with no noticeable nicks or chips on the surfaces. The bathroom is where you might see the most wear and tear--but I couldn't find anything. Dining Options :: I'll review specific restaurants individually, and there are various dining options in the resort. But as a general observation, you won't have to pay a premium for the convenience of dining on site. For the most part, the pricing of restaurants in the resort are comparable to similar restaurants off site. Gaming :: All of the gaming options you expect to find in Las Vegas is available on site. I do wish there were more Blackjack tables. "21" is one of the more popular table games, and all of the tables were regularly "full". read more

My mother plays here regularly, but is by no means a high roller, but they treat her like one with so much free dining credits that we most of the time can't even use all of there's so many. And her casino hostess was able to comp us box seats to 3 Henderson Silver Knights games this season. She could have gotten us more too but our schedules wouldn't allow it. The casino is always clean and beautiful. The Raiders Grille and the Vig deli have good food and Anthony's is a wonderful steakhouse, but I would avoid the Italian restaurant and definitely DO NOT GO TO THE JADE@16 Asian fusion restaurant. My mother and I had a horrible experience there once, but that is in a different review. Overall, restaurants are hit and miss, but the casino itself is lovely. Long-time fan... but the new tower was a sleepless night. Built cheap. Low quality. Unfortunately the M has gone from an off strip luxury hotel to a Days Inn. It's unfortunate but true. I've stayed at the M for many years (since 2010) and have always had a great experience until this stay. This time I was placed in the new tower, and it was miserable. The walls felt paper-thin, and there was noise all night. On top of that, the air conditioner was extremely loud, cycling on and off all night like a jet engine. I didn't sleep at all. I hate writing this because I've been loyal to this property for years, but the experience in the new tower felt like the quality has gone downhill. Save your money and go to a better hotel. The M used to be nice. But sadly, they've completely compromised the brand. read more

It's Sunday the 28th at 6:30 pm. We go to the top floor 16th to check in at this eatery, Jayde 16. We tried to get three seats at the bar but there were THREE people blocking the opportunity for 3 of us to sit down and watch the San Fran -Chicago game with 5 empty seats out of 8. Epic fail by the management but this gets even better! Id posted a pic of the pos who refused to move to accommodate us. I'd stay away from this monster who was no surprise to be eating there. I'd asked if they could clean the food on the floor below one of many unkept tables where people had vacated. After waiting for them to clean the floor and the table, we finally got to sit down. My wife was epically put off by the smell of the entire place. We'd waited for 15 minutes with NO SERVICE whatsoever. Finally we'd had enough of being ignored and mistreated and left to be welcomed at the Raiders Tavern downstairs. This was absolutely the worst eatery experience that I've witnessed in 30 years! The resort is absolutely beautiful and everything is reasonably priced. I did have a couple negative experiences during my stay. The elevators were broken for the first 2 days of my stay, and there was at least a 10 min wait for an elevator. The next thing is after housekeeping serviced my room, my bedding was replaced with bedding with blood on it. The shift manager accommodated me to the best of her ability, but I'm disappointed in the staff members that felt that it was ok to re-use blood stained bedding. Besides those two incidents, the rest of my stay was pleasant. I don't think I'll ever stay there again though, due to the hazmat bedding situation. read more

Visited for a conference and things were not going well. Upon entering my first room, it smelled so strongly of weed that I had no choice other than to walk back down to registration and ask for a new room. I have never done that before and the desk clerk was very accommodating. 2nd room, things went well for 24 hours. I then received a message when I was at reception for the conference saying that I would have to check out of my room the next morning and check into another room at 3pm the following day due to unexpected maintenance. I completely understand that things happen. I was not happy with the way this was handled. I went to the front desk and the response I got was 'it's not a big deal. Put all your stuff with the bell hop and check back in at 3pm'. I paid for an uninterrupted stay as well as wanting a private space to make calls and check emails during downtime at the conference. The next morning I used the chat feature to see if anything had been updated with offer of a private space while they dealt with their maintenance issue. The chat feature was absolutely horrible. The person said she was a call center and speak with the front desk. I stated I had done that. She suggested speaking with a manager but then refused to give me the manager info. I went to the desk again who again essentially said it wasn't a big deal to check out in the morning and then check back in at 3pm or later. There was no hospitality. I mentioned my concern to the conference organizers and I'm sure they said something as I was able to get a new room at lunch time during our break, and received a handwritten note from the manager. This made the difference. The entire conversation should have been handled differently. 'Hey, I'm so sorry you have to change rooms due to unexpected maintenance, but this is what we're going to do to make it right'. There was none of that from the hotel employees. 3rd room was great for the remainder of my stay. Loved the views and the bed was comfortable as well as the pillows. Nice soaking tub in the bathroom. Hotel is clean and the coffee shop is open for 24 hours. Helpful as I could not shake jet lag and was up at 4 every day. Gym is set up weird so I just walked laps of the hotel/casino. I was tempted and tried my luck but my luck went to 'the house'. read more

Beware of a bartender named Vicki at the Raiders Bar. She's 60 plus, very haggard looking and so incredibly rude. We saw a woman who was about to pay and unfortunately she left her wallet at home. Honest mistake. Vicki grabbed the woman's phone and told her she was holding it as collateral until she paid. Unbelievable! Then she said if she did not pay she would call the police. The woman said call them, and proceeded to get security. 3 men came back with her and 1 had to tell Vicki 3 times to give him her phone! They told her they would comp the $25 bill but told her she was banned from the property, FOREVER! We are locals and will never come back to The M. We also told all our friends and family. I stayed here with my sister when we visited. Not going to lie, I was kinda disappointed that we weren't going to be on the strip but kinda far. And I was setting my expectations really low. However, this place isn't bad at all. I love the convenience of the parking. You can park right in front, and it was not far from the door. The hotel smelled really nice and the rooms was really spacious and clean. We had a nice view of the pool and the big screen tv that they have there. My only complaint is that the tv in the room was kinda small. It would be perfect if they upgrade to something bigger. There's a tub that you can open the window to see the room, which was really nice. I was able to utilized the gym and there was ample of machines there to use, they have a really nice iced lemon and cucumber water that's really refreshing after a nice workout as well as bottled water, towels and fruits. The gym is located in the spa and it faces the pool. Everyone at the hotel was really pleasant, nice and kind. Never had any issues. The casino was so nice that if you play a certain amount, they gave you free gifts. I got 2 bottles of alcohol. I have never seen a casino give these outs as gifts. This was the first time. I contacted M by phone and the staff was unwilling to help me. Meanwhile, I played a lot in the casino. This is not a good business practice, especially when there is competition down the street. My cousin wanted a chill pool experience for her birthday so we drove 30 mins to have a relaxing experience bc pools on the strip can be chaotic. Luckily, M-F pool admission for the locals is $10. The pool was mostly empty which was perfect for this sunny day because we were able to choose where to sit freely. Our server Lulani was super sweet, it was her first day and she was a natural. My review is based on a day visit, not a stay. The M is so modern, I'd thought it was new. We were visiting for the first time for a birthday party at their pool. We parked for free at their garage and walked through the clean casino. The layout is interesting, the casino floor being higher than ground level. We enjoyed a bit of gambling at the craps machine and slots. The pool was wonderful! Huge, with free loungers in the shallow water. We made use of the groups reserved cabana, located ON the pool. It was comfortable, with adjustable shades. For the last day of summer and a Saturday, we were surprised it wasn't busier. The cabanas are really affordable, even for off-strip casinos. Even the food and drinks were decently priced, for Vegas. Not to mention pretty darn good. Next to the pool is their day club, which I'd like to visit someday. My family and I just returned today from staying at the M Resort for the past 5 days and 4 nights. We were offered an upgrade to stay in one of their Flat Suites which we have been fortunate to have stayed in previously. The Flat Suite is a very large, spacious suite that makes you feel like you're in a luxurious apartment. Sadly, this time was anything but luxurious. My family and I have been coming to the M Resort since it opened about 16 years ago and we always called the resort our home away from home. Unfortunately we can't say that anymore. The room was FILTHY! The uncleanliness of the room was particularly disappointing especially since these specific rooms are highly desired and at the price point they are offered at. I expected WAY MORE out of this room especially since we have had glorious stays in these particular rooms in the past. First off, our room was NEVER cleaned in the 4 nights we stayed there. One of the room attendants even asked us if we wanted our room cleaned after the first night and we said YES! But it never happened. There were tiny bugs (dead ones) on the bottoms of the windows, one of the shower heads didn't work, the water never got hot for taking a shower. It was always lukewarm. There was hair from previous guests in the bathroom along with old rubber bands/hair ties on the floor as well as bobby pin. There were nail clippings on the floor and the bathtub wasn't clean. It looked like the previous guests had taken a bath and there was soap bubble residue at the bottom of the tub. There were foot prints on the large ottoman that hadn't been cleaned up and the mirrors had hand marks and some unidentified dried up liquid substance on them. The carpets were stained and some of the wallpaper was peeling off. As one of their luxury suites, I would've thought they would have paid more attention to detail with the cleaning and especially for the price point per night that they are charging for these suites. Understandably, they are going through an expansion of their resort but that still shouldn't be an excuse to take away from the service and attention to detail with their guests. I will say that the M Resort once used to be a superb place to stay and eat. It used to be a poppin resort when the resort first opened and it stayed that way for many years after. But a few years prepandemic to current, the resort has lost its specialness, uniqueness and fun. The service is subpar, the gaming is extremely tight and the gifts and recognition for playing and staying are no longer there. Before anyone comes at me, I will say that we did speak with a front desk manager and he did take off $300 from our bill but it was a small gesture considering how much we spent and put into our stay at the M. However I am grateful for the small refund BUT, please do better M in all aspects of your hotel service and hospitality. Please go back to the way things were in the past when it was fun, warm, clean and welcoming. On a happier note, I would like to say that the entire staff at Baby Cakes was very kind and professional. Service was expedient and the quality of food was great. Same goes for Vig Deli. Everyone was very nice and the food was very good. I was a bit sad to see how much they've condensed their menu though. Lastly, all of the guys at the valet were excellent too, and don't forget that valet parking at the M Resort is still free! So that's definitely a plus. I hope that once their expansion is done, things will get better at the M Resort as a whole but if it doesn't, I will definitely recommend you spend your money elsewhere. read more

As locals we drive from Summerlin to the M to both Anthony's & Marrenelli's restaurants but last night was just awful. After waiting & waiting for our food. The waitress/server mentioned behind me & I heard her say she should take a second pass on our food, but it was already evident to us that something was very wrong, The restaurant had cleared out & others had been seated and received their food. We were left with the only option to leave because nothing but bread was brought, which we had to ask for. I have nothing more to say, How can this happen we left with our order never being brought to our table, no explanation and nobody said a word. A long drive home with no options. Lots of beautiful frames and mementoes throughout the hotel. Your room keep slides in a slot on the inside of your door which allows you to turn on your lights in your room as a energy saver. The views in this hotel room was spectacular I wish I could add more pictures so you could see. I will definitely come back to visit this place as the hotel staff was very friendly and they so make it easy to just melt away in masterpiece. Oh did I tell you about how amazing the room service breakfast was. Oh wait I cant show that but I pray you go check it out but the food is smashing delicious :) read more
