They were French speakers but were fluent in English. My accent amused them. I ordered a McKeown Cidre Pomme. Very nice and smooth. Didn't have that sharp tang that many ciders have. Going local I ordered the Poutine. Fries were covered in brown gravy with cheese curds. Amazing flavor. Don't know why we don't have this in Texas. We also ordered the charcuterie platter.
