BlThe part that is shady and shows no care for our kids is the fact that you put in this stipulation that the opposing party aka dad, may not ask for more than one breathalyzer a year. Meaning that after she gets breathalyzed once, she could drink the next 6 months and driving w our kids drunk (and yes this happened) and I couldn't do anything about it. This was never to protect our children. This was to protect their mom but if you ask her or myself which option in would be , we would ALWAYS choose our children's safety over our own. Even if that person we have to save them from is ourselves. What's sickening is Maria threw out the "awe I have four kids myself so I understand, these stipulation agreements are here to protect the children" .. No morals or values. Dishonest and just keeping that stigma of dirty lawyers alive. Maria.my prayers go out to you and especially your kids. To be raised by a woman who cares more about making money and "winning" more than a child's safety and protection,,, isn't someone I'd ever want around my kids.
