Dr suga doesn't listen. Told me what to do with my meds, then when I seen her again, she said she didn't say that!!! It was like she had me mixed up with someone else. The receptionist never calls you back and cries that she is over worked !!! I wouldn't recommend her even to my enemy!!!!! read more

Dr.SUGA has the worst bedside manners. she never listen to her patient concerns and treats like dirt. when asked @please listen to my issues", she literally said she does have to and just said if you don't like it, you don't have to come. she was the worst doctor that I ever had misfortune of seeing!! She is what is wrong with some the doctors that don't care about the patients and only care about how many patients and how much money they can make read more

My wife waited 7 months to see this doctor, and she had our family doctor office fax over her health card, which they said was perfectly fine over the phone (to us and our family doctor). They then scolded my wife like a child in the offive because she needed the physical copy of her card, which they previously said she didnt, and then told her she would have to pay cash for the appointment. DO NOT see this doctor, very unprofessional and disrespectful and her entire office is lazy and rude. Absolutely pathetic office. read more

When I asked a year later what the results were and if there were impacting me, the doctor said, "what tests". I had been suffering with serious pain. They diagnosed it as IBS. FAST FORWARD I have gallstones. Maybe it wasn't the same but I feel as if due diligence had been done then I may have had more info on my health.

TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION. I have been seeing Dr Challa for…read moreabout 10 years. She makes me come in every single month for my refills ($$$). Last month she abruptly took me off of a medication I've been taking for four months without any discussion. She did represcribe after I called her and asked her why she just abruptly took me off of it. Still no discussion, she just called in the refill. While at the pharmacy I asked for a refill on another medication I take daily (beta blocker). The pharmacist told me I was out of refills but they would put in the request for me. Six days later I go to the pharmacy to pick up my medicine because I am finally out of it but they tell me she never responded to the request. I called Dr. Challa's office and her receptionist let me know that they don't check the electronic communication that pharmacies use. Dr. Challa does not check her my chart so you cannot communicate with her that way. Her office doesn't check the communication device that pharmacies use, and she doesn't check this yelp preview either. She's a good physician for basic stuff but you really need to stay on top of things yourself. Very hard to communicate with unless you are directly in her office.
