She was really no help at all and basically told me she wasn't willing to help me as I'm pretty much in a patient room ready to cry my pain was so bad! Personally I feel she was just way too young in her career to be solo and she didn't have enough medical experience to connect with her patients. I have a severe lower back issue. It acts up every once in awhile and is horrible. I treat it the same way and in about a week I'm back to normal. This PA would not listen to me. I've been dealing with this for almost 2 decades, trust me I know what works. A muscle relaxer. At times steroids (even though I hate them) and occasionaly a pain patch or pain pill. She was willing to give me ZERO help! I had to ask for an MD, which gave the PA an attitude! The MD was amazing!! Gave me what I needed trusted me to know my body and what worked in the past and sent me on my hobbling way. A day later and I was actually able to sleep lying down. Thank you beautiful MD! I really hope the management staff reads this because the PA (Sarah) really could use some training in bedside manner, learning to trust her patient and she needs to realize not ever one is seeking drugs, and she could use some sensitivity training. When someone goes to urgent care, they're going because they need help. When that person is telling you NSAIDs, heat and ice, stretching, swimming and yoga are NOT working and they are looking to you for alternatives after being awake with pain unable to sit or lay for the past 29 hours and that person can barely move and you tell that patient that all you can offer them at this time is a big fat NOTHING, than 1) you're not doing what my copay and insurance is paying you to do and 2) you're isolsting your self from relationship building with your patients so you'll never get word of mouth referrals or build a positive reputation in your community for yourself because as of now I would ask to only be seen by an MD if and when I ever need to return after the experience I had with this PA. This is advice I will give to everyone asking if I know of an urgent care based off of this experience. That's a genuine concern for me and as a patient and should be a large concern for the management team. As a professional, I'd need this to be addressed. Patient care and relationship building should be equal to listening and trusting your patients. People come there for medication, to be treated and for resolution, not to be discounted and treated like they're wasting the time of the PA, which is exactly how I felt. She was not interested in helping me when I was in serious need of help! That's sad. Outside of this, everything was great! Not overly pleasant or efficient, don't seem to get along, and have very VERY mild senses of humor. So...pretty par for the course. The nurses (well, basically everyone who doesn't sit at the front) are all very friendly. Having extensive experience with phlebotomists, I can tell you the ones here are very experienced or just well practiced. The highlight is Dr. Panozzo who doesn't seem to rush, asks you the main questions and seems prepared to listen to your concerns, and refer you to the proper channels as needed. There is a patient portal which is helpful to communicate with the office. And the person who gives you the bad news (if there is any) is seemingly a nurse so if you have questions, she is prepared to answer them. It is not close to my house, but worth the commute.

We have since moved about 45 minutes away and still make the trip when one of our kids is sick rather than going to a place closer to us. Dr. Campbell is so friendly and genuine and actually takes time with each patient rather than rushing through like many doctors do. I highly recommend this doctor's office!
