Do not trust these people with anything you cherish. I brought in a National Championship windbreaker, simply to have a zipper replaced. I asked to pick it up in a week. That day, they could not find my jacket anywhere in the store! After they had " looked", I personally checked through every garment hanging in the store, and it was not there. They did not believe I even brought it in until I made them check every receipt for the past 10 days to prove it. Finally, they told me they would find it and call me. *I* finally found it ( unmended) in a pile of clothes on the floor. They did not even apologize. read more

The lady has a very bad attitude. Some days she is happy and other days she has very nasty attitude. I only went to them because my person was bagged up. They had me drive all the way to Joann to get fabric and just to tell me they can't do it. So i wasted my money and time. And still didn't get what i needed. I will never use them again. read more

I needed my bridesmaid dress (a size 14 brought down to 4 since it was not originally my dress) and romper done (XL to S) within a few weeks and she got it done early. I found this place through Google/Yelp. It didn't have the most reviews but it was very close to my house so I figured I'd give it a try. I really enjoyed my experience here. I brought in four pants to bring in at the waist due to weight loss and they all now fit like a glove! I'm so happy. I made sure to keep my initial receipt since I read reviews about different prices being charged upon pick up, but I didn't need it. Also, taking away 1 star because on one pair of my pants, the waist was taken in, but the seamstress had forgotten to take in the hips where we had placed pins. I will say, once I brought them back, they checked the hem and realized that yes they had forgotten to complete the job. They completed the alteration overnight and it was ready for me to pick up after work the next day! Overall, good experience and I will be coming back. read more

The fit was great but the work is shoddy and my shirt literally fell apart after one wash. Instead of expediting a replacement I have to wait three weeks for them to fix their mistake. I will not be a returning customer. Buyer beware shoddy work and horrible service. read more

Very expensive. Had a whole bag of clothes to alter and every time I changed, the lady disappeared in the back. I would have to wait until she returned to the front to help me EVERY SINGLE TIME. Only got through 8 items before running out of time. Had about 20 more clothing articles but didn't have the time to get to them. When I picked the 8 items up, I was shocked to see the bill. Some items were to sew on a button or a strap, some were to sew holes at the seams. Only had two to hem. I paid $150. read more

I wanted to try a new alterations place and found this one based on its high google reviews. I was not disappointed. I bought some comfy t-shirts to wear during the stay at home for the pandemic. So I requested for the crew neck t-shirts to be changed to v-neck. She did a great job! I'm going back soon to have more done. read more

Beware! Bait & switch! I dropped off 2 dresses for alterations and was given one price when I dropped them off from the owner's daughter and a much higher price when I picked them up from the owner herself (from $27 to $38). When I brought this up to the owner, she told me that her daughter didn't know and she was helping her because she was out of town. Well, this isn't my problem. I asked her if she had a price sheet to avoid this issue in the future and she said she didn't that I could just ask her when I came in and she would give me the price. Well, how convenient?! So she can basically charge whatever she wants whenever she feels like it. To add insult to injury she said she would give me a discount from $38 to $35... How generous of her. I paid and left. As for the alterations, they are not great. My mother is a seamstress (out of state) and she would be ashamed of me for returning after what they did to my husband's $200 pants. I figured, maybe the work is ok but now that I've seen the dresses I see it's not high quality work. I'm looking for a new shop! read more

Dropped of a bridesmaid dress to be hemmed last two weeks on Monday and was told I could come back the following Wednesday at noon. Got back the following Wednesday and absolutely nothing was done. Even called that morning to make sure it was complete. Had to have someone pick up the dress for me later that evening while I was at work without even trying on the dress. Not good service. Very bad language barrier with the guy who works there. read more

Will not return. Had 6 skirts hemmed and the cost was $320. Refused to alter 2 jackets and the altering done on two other jackets was incorrect. None of the clothes fit. Couldn't get Mary to give me a price at drop off so I was stunned that she "gave a discount to $320." For poor quality alterations. Added pockets to another jacket seam and one pocket is correct, the other only opens up about a inch. If you want quality at a fair price, this is not the place you want to go to. read more

I'm very picky, so MTailor had to be amazing for me to give them five stars. When I first ordered the shirt, I hadn't noticed all the options, and their order department patiently allowed me to add custom details right up to the last minute before "cutting" my order. My jeans and shirt arrived in 13 days and fit perfectly. When I reported that the jeans had an odor of clothes preservative, MT immediately offered a remake or refund. My own remedy, however, worked fine. When I mentioned that I generally like my shirts a bit more tapered, they said, "No problem", and to just send them back for a remake (or refund), but the shirt was already too nice to even bother. I have rarely seen a company so eager to please at every stage of the process (even apologizing once for not responding in less than a day). I've immediately ordered a second style of jeans, which arrived in two weeks and fit great. read more

I called many places trying to find one that would do a last minute job of sewing 8 patches onto my daughter's letterman jacket, saying that I needed it the following evening. Not only were they the only one that said yes, but it was ready 24 hours later. I thought the quoted $45 was probably a fair price, considering there were 7 small patches going onto the sleeves, which required removing the lining to access, and 1 large patch for the back, not to mention the time frame I needed it by. They stuck to the quoted price and I couldn't tell where they had removed the lining. 2 of the sleeve patches were not in the order my daughter had requested, but that's no big deal. I will use them again, when my daughter gets her new patches. read more
