Two weeks later, I got a call letting me know that my machine would no longer power on and the technician had blown two of its fuses. Not only that, I was told they "couldn't get parts anymore" because my machine was "an old, inferior internet model." None of that is true--my TL-2000Qi is only four years old, well reviewed, still in production, and purchased from a local authorized dealer. The machine worked when I dropped it off. When I picked it up, it would not even power on. Instead of fixing the damage done in their shop, they tried to cover it up with lies. Do not trust your equipment to this shop.

Polo Tailors and Cleaners did a beautiful job removing the blood stains and steaming out the old seam lines, as well as ironing out wrinkles in the dress. Also, they charged me a reasonable price, less than I was quoted at other reputable spots. As soon as we were home from the Hill Country wedding, I came back to entrust the post-wedding cleaning to Hoa at Polo Tailors and Cleaners. The wedding day had been drizzly, and the hem and train of the dress were muddy. Hoa, who had helped me so well the first time, got out the mud stains. She also declined to charge me extra for the mud stains. I have not yet had a chance to use their services for alterations, but I was able to watch them measure another client who wanted to have a suit taken in. Hoa did an expert job of marking up his suit.

I dropped my dress off as soon as they opened Tuesday Dec 12 For Friday 12/15 pickup. The dress was only taken in on one side at the back which made it off center when putting it on, and the parts under the arm were un touched. I had to pull thread that was left un cut as well as cut thread that was messy, the dress is ruined and I will not be able to wear. I do not recommend this place. The lady offered to fix however, the dress is needed tomorrow and the time does not permit. She took $3.34 Off the $43.34 order total. Take your garment else where. Gave 1 star because I couldn't give 0. I cried and left. She was nice just not a good seamstress.
