Came in for a simple manicure, requested to have gel removed and have a clear coat as the gel I previously had was a little too shiny and thick for my liking. The tech used a grinder to remove the gel and left my nail bed very rough and scratched up. The gel is typically soaked off and that measure was not taken. I wouldn't recommend and if you do visit ensure that grinding is not utilized. Customer service was nice, they offer water but it was not bottled which is not good especially with nail grinding particles in the air. read more

This was the worst nail experience I've ever had. I went in for a basic dip manicure, and the very next day the polish started chipping. Within two days, one nail was halfway broken off. I returned to have them "fixed," but the nails continued to lift and fall off afterward. What frustrated me even more was that the technician admitted the clear dip powder he used was "sticky" or gooey and might have caused the issue--yet he still used the same product during the second visit and said himself he needed to purchase new polishes. I have consistently been getting my nails done for the past 10 years and this was possibly the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. A few days ago I made an appointment online for builder gel with Yvonne at 6:30pm. I walked in a little before 6:30pm and the man at the desk who I assume is the manager said I didn't have an appointment but they could still get me in. My nail tech was a man and unfortunately I didn't get his name. Every 5 mins he kept looking at his phone to check the time and told me that he was going to do my nails fast but nice, and insinuated that he wanted to go home. I get that the nail techs work long days and that I was going to be his last client of the day but I should be treated with the same respect as a client who shows up at 1pm. The nail tech was sassy and snarky throughout the entire time I was there. I showed him what I wanted on Pinterest and he got the colors. Once he started painting, I realized that the colors he chose were not accurate to the photo. I told him and I didn't like it and asked to change the color. One of the other nail techs tried to find colors that matched the photo but unfortunately the salon didn't have anything that matched. I know that salons aren't going to have every color and I would have appreciated if my nail tech was upfront and honest that they didn't have what I wanted. I ended up choosing maroon french tips. The color is fine. However, once I got home I realized I could still see the silver that the nail tech originally put. I could tell he was rushing so he could leave. The nail tech spoke to another colleague in their native language and they both started laughing. I felt like I was getting made fun of for asking for a different color. Additionally, after the nail tech finished painting one hand he said "you don't want to change the color right?" and it was in a very rude and annoyed tone. The nail tech didn't put cuticle oil on my hands after he was finished. He put lotion on my hands and told me to rub it in myself. After we were done, the nail tech complained that he will now be getting home at 9pm. Right when I got up to the front to pay, all the workers were there waiting to leave and someone turned off the lights. Overall, I'm very disappointed in my experience here and I will need to go back to a different salon to get my nails fixed. They look awful and definitely not $65 worth. So this is a warning that if you want good service, don't go at 6:30pm even though they close at 8pm read more

One thing I will say is that the guy got a little over zealous today with the callous scraper. I'm pretty sure my feet will be ok, but it was a little harsh. ****** Update 3 *^**** what was done for '2 hours' on your video camera was you switching multiple workers on me who didn't know what they were doing because they didn't do what I asked and kept making mistakes. First from applying white regular polish when I specifically said twice i wanted gel ( thats also what i came in having ) I said don't cut, he chops off most of my nail. I said at least electric file down the mess. He was changed out with another worker. I said I wanted a pedicure PER YOUR POSTED inclusions & I only received a soak and a color change PER YOUR OWN MENU Guidelines so price of $30, I did not come up with that price the menu did based on what I got. The reason it was 2 hours is because they gave me someone who was inexperienced then had to have another person come to fix his work & also did not follow directions As noted above I never received a foot rub, oil, scrub, NOTHING , not even soap in the water, but the above mentioned color change service. The pictures SAY EVERYTHING. Messy paint too at that! Some wouldn't have paid for that. Didn't even get cleaned up after application was left with dust and paint Your owner said on the phone "fine pay the $30 ..." Then before getting off the phone w me he said "but Im still calling the cops on you" so I called the cops on myself. THE REASON the cops told you that you had to accept the $30 no one could prove you did a real pedicure on me, again the photos. I just got lucky it was a Female officer who could tell the difference. Along with me recording the phone call with the owner allowing me to pay 30$ after what i told him, whoever was at the front was upset that it was going to be allowed so she made it more difficult , i just saved them the trouble and called myself. If the same video footage was true.... You all would have showed the police such but never did Again there are many people here talking about how bad it was for them, I'm not the only one and just because you have fake profiles give you amazing reviews doesn't mean they are true. If your team can't handle basic services that a nail shop should handle pack it up and start a new business. read more

Been going to this company for over a year but my first time in this location. Stopped in because I broke a nail getting gas going from colorado springs to denver. I had been awake for hours at this point and I was more than irritated. I didnt get her name because I was being a grouchy and rude, but she did amazing. The manager came over multiple times and checked if I liked my service and color. Like I said Ive been coming to this company for a long time, so I knew they would do great. I just am even more appreciative they dealt with my nasty attitude and tiredness. Great, depending on who is your technician. I recently went there and Doan did my manicure. Very good results and quick service. On the other hand there are not the greatest workers who are rough and do not fulfill what you need, but the last few times I've been have been good. Absolutely not!!! Do not come to get your acrylics removed. They DO NOT know how to do it correctly. I was there for almost 2hrs getting them removed & he had me soak them, but used a drill bit to remove it. THEN used an unused acrylic nail to RIP off the rest of my acrylics. Maybe it was a one-off day for the tech who did my nails, but here's how things went... I entered with my boyfriend. I was looking at colors and the tech rushed me. I carried the books to the chair. She made a comment about how it's been a long time since my last pedicure- unnecessary. My boyfriend went to the front and got a Coke. I asked to see the menu and my boyfriend got up and retrieved it for me. I asked for a green tea. She yelled to a guy to get me a green tea. 15 minutes later, no green tea. I asked again and she looked annoyed. The guy brought me green tea. The nail tech did continued to seem annoyed. My boyfriend even noticed it. I was quiet the entire pedicure. We get to the front and she states "tip is cash or Venmo." I said I don't have cash and I don't have Venmo (this is something she should have mentioned prior to service). She just stared at me and I walked out irritated. My pedicure looks fine but the attitude was not needed. I usually go to the Anthony Vince in Aspen Grove for my nails but saw this one was closer and didn't realize they were affiliated. Don't get me wrong it is super nice inside and I love the way it looks inside these shops. They are also very reasonably priced for how fancy they look. I came here with a friend to have pedicures done and it was by far the worst experience I have had getting a pedicure. this lady cut my skin numerous times and all she did was give me $5 off the service. I left here with bloody toes that were sore for a week straight due to how badly she had cut me in several places. She also rushed it which is why I think it happened.
