I had gotten my nails done and was told that gel x would last longer and help my nails, its been only a week since my appointment and two nails have already came off, i dont play sports or do grunt work with my nails or hands so im very upset. On a Saturday morning hoping I would finally find a spa for my regular pedi and SNS nails. This place is convenient to me and is very clean and well kept! The ladies were very nice and performed great leg and foot messages! The also do SNS but I found a place I like already! That said I may come back and give them a chance next time with my nails too! If they do well will change my review to five stars. They did a good job of sticking to our appointment time and had us out pretty quickly overall. I will be back for another pedi and perhaps try SNS too so I don't have the have two nail salons. read more

I live out of state and came recently for a gel manicure. The main reason for the 3 stars is because they carry a gel polish line called Beetles. I didn't realize until a day later that this is a super cheap Amazon gel polish. I didn't question it at the time because I have never encountered a salon that would carry such a cheap brand. These brands are incredibly high in HEMA and it's very common for people to develop a gel allergy from that which is a terrible thing to go through. If you go here, avoid those polishes. Everything else about the appointment I made was OK. The interior is nice, bright and clean. I started off with Hailey and she was very nice and gentle. Before my gel could be filed off, I was passed off to Linda and it seemed like she didn't want to be there. She was really rough. She was not pleased that my gel wasn't coming off easily and she just kept scraping and filing away and I'm pretty sure she was filing my nail bed at some points because days later, some of my nail beds feel a bit sore. The shaping was crooked and I had to ask for a few fingers to be fixed and it's better but some are still slightly crooked. The application of polish was very good. I can't wait to get home and get this gel off because I'm scared of developing an allergy. If you come here, stick with OPI. read more

I FINALLY found a nail place that does NOT thin down down their nail polish to save money or use a different 3 different brands on one gel manicure (I hate when nail salons use one brand for bade, a different for color and yet another brand for top coat)! ....And finally a place that doesn't file my nails after the finished gel top coat(that just breaks the seal and makes it chip way faster ) I was also happy that Hi Nails uses OPI, CND and Gelish which are all high quality!! I have had two excellent pedicures here. I sent my husband and two sons as well. We all loved it. Best massage pedicure ever. I think that service is consistent with all techs. Wow. I've had so many mediocre pedicures and this is by far the best place. Clean. Fun choices. Excellent massage. Thorough. As with any place around here, I saw two snobby women being rude to the technicians. They handle it with grace.
