If you're looking for the very best way to waste $105 on 2 pedicures, this is your place! My wife and I stopped in for a pedi after work last week. I saw terrible reviews on Yelp but also saw they were recently "under new management" so I figured I'd give them a chance. Bad, bad idea!! Walked in the door and the place was dead. Told to pick a polish and I did. I apparently chose the wrong polish as she proceeded to argue with me that it was not a good polish and will not last long... then why tf do you have that brand? OPI, by the way, I know it's a damn good polish! After she recommended 5 other colors (nothing like what I chose) she seemed annoyed when I put my foot down and stuck with the color I wanted! Sat down for a pedi and told them we wanted just the basic. We're not fancy, basic pedi is plenty! Nope, not a freaking option! Both my wife and I argued for far too long that we didn't want a spa pedi! It was not about the price (which they kept arguing) it was the time! (Also, you have to fight for the scent you want with the spa pedi too! I chose tangerine and they kept pushing me to go for ocean scent... seriously?!) An hour later, really terrible massage, and horribly shaped toenails, and a spa pedi we didn't want.... not a happy customer! I have never had my toenails cut to look like tiny little circles! My big toenails are cut completely crooked and they didn't use top coat! I cannot believe we paid for such terrible service! I should have known when they told me the price of a pedi. $44 (discount from $55) is way overpriced unless you're at a spa! read more

Hands down best pedicures! I've been coming here for almost 2 years, this is the only place where my toes don't chip the first 1-2 weeks. I went on vacation to the Dominican Republic and swam, walked on the beach and not a chip! They have the best prices for what you receive. I think the new owner Jenny is good at what she does, but she allows an employee who has been very unpleasant and unprofessional run her business. Tipping is an option. If the service by this employee ( Jin/ k) is subpar, I should never have been bullied into saying nothing. After all, she has received tips over the years as large as the sum of her services. This shows a lack of gratitude on her part and immaturity. I don't condone that. She thinks she can yell at you to shut you down and put you down. Maybe after the new owner truly takes over HER business and stops letting this worker run other people's lives, will I have more respect for this establishment as when Jennifer ran it. Meanwhile I have left to better needed services for my needs as they are needs for me, not handouts for Jin/k. read more

Overall good looking nail salon and clean. But horrible at nails, my nails started to crack by my cuticle by day 2 never have I experienced this anywhere else with dip. I feel like they over charged me for what was done. Nail painting horrible as well I had to go to another nail salon to get the design re did. They are good but very expensive! They don't use the electric nail files which was great! But their refill was a lot different than I've ever had. They use a bottle that looks like super glue then a polish glue then sprinkle powder just at the back of the nail. My nails do look more natural than then basic refi that I usually get. I think my huge downfall was the price and it took over 2 hours to do my nails. I paid $140 before tip for a refill and a basic $35 pedicure! read more

Absolute worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I came in with a bridal party and asked for basic Coffin French tip nails. The woman who was doing my nails took over an hour just to find the nail sizes and get them shaped, and they still weren't the correct shape or size. She kept asking the woman next her what to do and had to be guided through the entire process. She ended up caking my nails with the dipping powder on top of the already butchered shape. It was bad enough the woman next to her told her to stop and took over my nails. While she corrected the shape of my nail, she didn't apply enough powder so you can still see the outline of the artificial nail. She had to repaint the white part of the nail But did so unevenly so my nails are lumpy and have lint all in it. This entire process took almost 4 hours and the rest of the bridal party actually had to leave me there because it was taking so long. My nails look absolutely awful and they still charged me $120. I didn't have time to protest the total because they had already made me 30+ minutes late for the wedding rehearsal. They knew my nails were for a wedding and still left them looking worse than when I came in. I'm absolutely mortified to have to walk down an isle and get pictures done with my nails looking like this. read more

We came here for the first time at the beginning of the year and LOVED it. We had 3 great gals - one was clearly learning, but very sweet and trying so hard to please. We could hardly wait to come back. Unfortunately, we recently had a pretty ok experience. My daughter had a great gal (Joy), got a great massage and someone who really wanted to give great service, but my gal (Kim) barely rubbed the scrub or lotion on to my legs, no massage, and though I paid extra, clearly didn't want to go to the trouble. I drove into Denver late from Colorado Springs and was hoping to get my nails done. Not only did the owner squeeze me in, she was super friendly and professional. She definitely cares about her customers and told me how she prefers to talk and get to know her customers. I learned a lot about her and her family as well as one Korean word: momo (which means peach). Professionally, she did the exact color combination I wanted with gel polish and ensured that all polish went on evenly and securely. I know this manicure will last for a while. The staff were ok ish. They are not good at dipped nails. It is very terrible. Paint is very uneven. I seriously want to cry because how bad they are. The lady is very rough and harsh. She was filing my nails and started bleeding. She kept buffering aggressively. Half my nails are bleeding now. Don't waste your time coming it is not worth it. For the price they charge they do not cut your cuticles. And they still want to charge me. So disappointed I am never coming back to this crappy place. Find people who know how to do nails. Although staff was very kind and accommodating, the product selection, service selection, steep pricing and attention to detail(ocd perfectionist here) leave a bit to be desired! The simple acrylic nail fix/repair I called first, asked if they could do, was told yes, come right in (since my usual nail lady was on vacation) Once there, again I explained ACRYLIC REPAIR, single nail! Was told yes, pick color.... the lack of communication of what product was being used, why and alternatives after I objected (lack there of: NO ACRYLIC HERE) after I explained what I had, what I wanted and needed both on the phone and in person was concerning. I understand a language & cultural barrier. I should have been clear on what would be used before she started but didn't have a chance until she was working on me. Seemed like they wanted the $. I think they tried to accommodate me, but it was an expensive incorrect fix that will have to be redone. I returned two days later to get a chip polished and they were again kind. Guess I'm spoiled and my expectations are unrealistic, so I will stick to my usual salon and amazing nail artist. Young did try her best, she also happily fixed the chip. My friend and I came in on Thursday afternoon and we both wanted dip powder for our nail. They started to do our nails and I asked for a tip to be added because my nails were too short for the dip powder and she then proceeded to call someone on her phone and they said it would be 95$ to add a tip and do dip powder. I immediately told her no and asked if they could do acrylic nails but they could not. So they put tips with what looked like nail glue and clear nail polish on my fingers, which did not look right. The woman doing my nails cut my cuticles to the point where they were bleeding and apologized and put something on them that burned. After she had finished the tips she put multiple layers of nail polish on them and then a clear coat. My friend and I sat under the dryer for 45 minutes and they never dried. They all ended up being smudged and messed up. The next day they looked horrible and 2 of my nails broke. I have never had such an awful nail experience EVER!! I decided to call the location to see if I could get a refund and they told me no they had to asses my nails to she if it was their fault. I decided to not go back and to go elsewhere to get them fixed. I will NEVER return to this nail salon. Horrible, horrible, horrible. read more
