Came here with ny summer camp and we had a great time. There's a lot of activities for the kids to do and the staff are friendly and attentive! The only thing the fell short on was the food. They need to update the menu you can download off their website as it says the 7 inch pizza is $5.99 but when you oder it there its $7.99. Then I had to add pepperoni for $1.50 and was only given 4 which was disappointing. I also got the loaded tots which were really good I could tell the actually fried the bacon and didn't use bacon bits. The tots could have been crispier and would have benifitted from some shredded cheese but over all not a bad place and I would definitely come back. read more

This place is 100% a scam. I have been taking multiple children here for over two years. Every time I went I was able to convince these kids to not only save their arcade tickets but to pool them together to eventually get a top shelf prize instead of the cheap garbage they shill out behind their grease stained counter. Multiple trips, spanning multiple years, with multiple kids and adults all contributing their tickets onto one card. On our most recent trip I asked an employee to scan our card and they were amazed at how many tickets we had accumulated. Then a manager walked over and told us "there's no way you have that many tickets" and proceeded to wipe the tickets from the card. Long story short, I tried to teach my kids a valuable lesson and after explaining the importance of saving and convincing a bunch of kids to actually try it out they now have NOTHING to show for it. Bravos doesn't care about you or your children or doing the right thing. They just want your money... but they won't be getting any more of mine. read more

Bravoz is such a cool place. My boys and I have been coming to this place over the years. We enjoy it everytime we're invited. The trampoline is open and I love that for my spectrum kiddos. It's not difficult to get lost like at some of the other parks. I also like the variety of activities that can be done. They have arcade games, laser tag, bowling. It's fun. Fun time! My daughter loved it!! It's gets pretty pricey, in total we spent a little over $100... so it's not something we would do often especially since we were there about 3-4hours. $70 was tickets and the rest on food. But it was fun. They did have different packages. Their food was good. I had the mozzarella sticks, pretzels and fries and that was good. The menu was a bit confusing, I thought I ordered an adult beverage but it turned out it was a regular drink. But I was looking under the adult beverage portion. ‍. They had lockers too. Although I would recommend if anyone is just sitting on the benches and looking after the kids, to bring a bag to carry the shoes. They do have areas to put the shoes, but it gets confusing. I came here last weekend with my kids and their friends. The kids had such a good time. I enjoyed the cafe area while my kids were playing which is very nice for the parents. All the employees are helpful and polite. Alex, at the front desk helped us, we had a young lady named Zoey help us with the mini bowl which was having some issues and the managers were walking around the facility the whole day helping out. After months of looking at places to have my kiddos birthday party, we opted to go with Bravoz. Why? I'll tell you below. We went on a tour prior to booking the event. We came on a weekday, which is a bit deceiving, because you can't see how packed this place can actually get. We were shown all the different areas where our kiddo could explore, from trampolines, to a foam bit, to a rock wall, and a ninja course, plus games, and duckpin bowling. Based on some of the other places we looked at and comparing their packages to Bravoz, it was clear your dollar stretches further here. I did appreciate that because we had a small party, the planner recommended not going with an actual package, except a party room rental, and paying individually for each kid, which meant they got to go on everything except laser tag. The day of the party, it seemed to run smoothly, we brought our cake in (that's the only food you can bring in), they had a cart, put our kiddo's name on the message board, and a holding area for the kids. Once everyone arrived it was kind of pandemonium, I mean every kid wanted to do something different. No one was instructed to wear or had to wear a mask, which was a bit concerning, but it's personal choice. The kids played for two hours, then over the loudspeaker we were instructed to go to his designated party room. Pizza and drinks were served by a party host, then we had cake. Food is pretty standard for you what you get. After the party, the kids could play for as long as they wanted and as long as they were open. I will say that the later you're there on the weekend, the more crowded it gets, so if you want to avoid crowds, get there right when they open, so you can leave prior to 2pm. Pros: -reasonably priced -lots of things for the kids to do -good parking -For the price you can stay all day Cons: -Gets super crowded on the weekends Tips: If you have a smaller party, you may want to book just a party room rental. read more

We were visiting family for a few days and came here one day with our 6 and 8 year old. They had the best time! Our son is on the spectrum and he started asking her a ton of questions to one of the workers, Gianna, like he tends to do and she was so patient and kind to him and answered every questioned he had! Bravoz is always good for a quick stop in to let the kids run on a rainy day. They have great prices and a lot do for the kids. They have laser tag, trampolines, rock walls, basketball, foam jump pits, obstacle courses, video games, pin bowling, party rooms, and a place to sit and eat. The place is very noisy, and there are kids running everywhere, but that is to be expected, so be prepared to wonder around while dodging children as they run with excitement. Only wish there were more places to sit in the eating section based on how busy it is and how much a great deal it is! read more

Great place to take kids, especially when it's too hot for outside activities. These 105 heat factor days keep the summer kids indoors, and needing physical activity. There are plenty of trampolines, a ninja obstacle course, and lots of other fun areas. The workers are very nice, and helpful for the children, and I observed workers doing a lot of walking around checking on kids, as well as a uniformed police officer hanging out. The restrooms were pretty gross, but kids you know. They had an eating area, complete with adult drinks. The food was just ok. It's mostly things kids like. They had ice cream too. Seemed like they were short staffed at the food counter but the worker was patient , and kind to the kids ordering. The only think I think they really need are drink machines. It would solve the long waiting period at the counter for a bottle of water. We waited 30 minutes for waters. Too long. Overall a great and fun place. read more

We've been here a dozen times over the years, including hosting two birthday parties, attending a couple of parties, and coming for play dates or on our own, so I feel qualified to speak to the offering. Pros: It's great to wear the kids out. You can spend not too much, or more if you want to go all out. There's a variety of activities. Parties are generally well executed and their planner is awesome in guiding you toward the best package to stretch your money. Pizza is decent (of course that's just my opinion!) Cons: The obvious one: it's overstimulating (but on a lesser scale than many other places). Parties can get really expensive really quick if you don't work with the front desk to manage the guest list carefully. We've generally had good experiences but I don't think I'll have another party here. My son had a blast as did his classmates. The planner was great but the day of the party we had some miscommunication with the front desk and my party quickly doubled in price when siblings and chaperones were given all access wristbands at my expense. I'm willing to spread the responsibility around on that - including myself - so enough said on that. Just ensure you give a list of names and let them know whether you are willing to pay for +1s (or how many if you want to do a few). All in all, go have fun and wear the kids out, just beware unexpected costs and you'll have a blast! read more

First , they refused to sell me a cup of ice. ?!?!? I had just bought 4 bottles of water. I wanted one cup of ice. Nope. flat out refused. Then , after spending almost 100$ my kids waited forever to go on this little ride thing. mind you - it's not busy at all. that really doesn't matter because if you wait in line and pay - you should get to ride. anyway. this guy comes back from break. after waiting 15 min he told the kids NO. you can only ride twice a day. what ? where does it say that ? they waited in no line. had the card to pay ? I found another teenager who said. oh. it gets busy. we mark the wristbands. well. it's not busy. no one's here. and nothing marked on their wristband. this was a prize for them being so good all week. try explaining to kids - there's no line. you have a card. but sorry. you can't go. it makes no sense. we can find another place that will take our $. What a great place for the kids to hang out while the adults chill at the bar. I have heard so much a lot this place but haven't been until recently. It's so close to where I live so I will definitely be coming back more often. The place is huge with so many things to do. They have bouncers, rock climbing, miniture bowling, human golf, machine games etc. It's a great and safe indoor play ground for my kiddos to play in without us having to monitor them constantly. Bravoz is a great place to take the kids to get absolutely worn out! There are many options including the jump area, dodgeball, foam pits, basketball all on the trampoline as well as a ninja warrior course and video game galore! We went on a Saturday afternoon and it was absolutely packed! You can tell they're understaffed but trying their best. We let the kids play for a little over two hours and they were absolutely worn out at the end. Great place to take the family but be prepared for a huge crowd if you go on the weekend. read more

Went for a birthday party so not sure about pricing. My child had a blast. Tons of different things to do for the kids. Clean and didn't smell sweaty like other trampoline parks. There is a seating area with food and alcohol including beers on tap available that also had TVs that had sports playing. Food wasn't great and portions are small but gets the job done if you need a snack. Bathrooms up front were a big disappointment. Both the men's and women's bathrooms had three stalls each but only one working in both. read more

Great place for any kid...child, tween or teen to burn off some energy! It's even good for the big kids (adults)! They have a little bit of something for everyone! Sure, it's basically a trampoline type of indoor park, but there is laser tag, a ninja course, arcade games, etc. Adults can partake in anything if they pay too, but if this isn't your gig then there are sofas or other seating available. In addition, there is a restaurant and a bar. The 2-hour pass is perfect for the kids. After the time slot to play is over you can still hang out to eat or play arcade games. On a rainy, boring, or those need-something-to-do type of days...this place works. There are a few things I would like to inform you of: - The bowling comes with some of the passes. We've never been able to get the bowling lanes to work. But I know they work sometimes because we've seen people using them. We've had the staff help us too...no play for us! They are just a little temperamental I guess. Just keep this in mind and don't waste too much time trying to figure it out when you've paid for a certain amount of time and there are plenty of other things to do...make the most of it. - They do camps in there during the summer months. The staff isn't always able to keep an eye on the kids and therefore there are butting and/or cutting in line issues from the kids that are in camp there. This of course upsets the kids that are just there for a few hours and the parents who are witnessing it. Just point out the issue to the staff member attending to the area and they will correct the situation. (It happens a lot at the laser tag area for sure, but in other areas as well. After all, the staff can't do anything about it if they don't know...just don't be afraid to say something.) - If you want to eat there AND partake in playtime...remember you are on the clock! Keep in mind that once you've paid your time starts and your colored wristband lets the staff know when your time is done. That doesn't mean you can take a break to eat and expect to continue with whatever time you feel you didn't use. Simply eat after your time is up. (To some this is common sense, but I've seen people get upset over it enough to mention it.) -- Likewise for arcade games...wait until your time is up to play these! Other stuff: There are restrooms located in two different areas. They offer a birthday party package as well. Please keep in mind the summer hours are different from the hours when school is in session. Please refer to their website for operating hours. Periodically they offer different unlimited passes, but not all the time...please check their website. You must sign a waiver! You can do this in advance or they have computers set up to do it there. Do not get in line to pay until you know the waiver is complete. If you do, then you'll just have to get out of line to go do it...they will not do it for you at the counter and they shouldn't be expected to. Moreover, please keep in mind once the waiver is complete it is good for one full year from the time it is completed. Overall, the staff is friendly and accommodating. I recommend it to anyone with kids to go burn off some energy, meet up with friends, etc. Please note, they honor the military with a discount with proof of identification...woo hoo! Birthday parties on a Saturday are mass bedlam. They have several going on at same time. Very chaotic. Dark and loud. If you want an experience for your child's birthday where they can be amongst their friends and enjoy each other, this is not it. At least for kids under 6. If you do, I suggest you hand out T-shirt's designating what kids party you're there for so you can locate others in the mix of 250 people in a dark venue. read more

A total waste of time and money. Spent nearly $60 to play laser tag with my family only to have the worst, most disorganized, and unprofessionally run arena experience we have ever encountered and we've played, literally, all over the world. There was no briefing - none, zero. The game strategy and area were our guess. No clear objectives or explanation of game goals or arena set up, none. The reset of weapons was ridiculous and inconsistent. First game was an experiment in scoping out the arena - second game, after we insisted we be briefed on the objective, the kid running it flips the script and now we are just playing "most kills." He attempts to reset the game and now 1/2 of one team files out. The kid is going to let us play 9 on 3 - (plus the little girl that is just hanging out in there with no gun or vest). I switch sides to try and even it up and spend the entire game pinned down in the spawn resetting my lives while some unseen intruder hits all four of us over and over from a small hole ten feet away - for the entire event - beyond not fun. It didn't get better. Wasted time and money - never again - please don't waste your time or money here. Wrote and email to brovoz.com - nothing heard. They will never see us again. read more

warning. if your expecting a review with a happy ending this review isn't for you. if you're coming to bravoz for the jumping or the "ninja" course don't. if you're coming for overpriced games that work sporadically and food that would kill a cockroach then this place is for you. my biggest complaint isn't the ridiculous line that greats you upon entering (why get tickets in advance if there aren't separate lines) or the fact that you can't bring your own snacks regardless if the food they serve would either kill or sicken my medically challenged child. my biggest complaint is the trampoline area. underwhelming is an understatement. one large trampoline with several small square sections. fine, it's small and oddly designed. we'll make do. so im jumping with my kids in a lame square when a member of the fun police informs me that only one person is allowed to jump per square. so back away from your children and stop trying to enjoy yourself. if your idea of a good time is jumping up and down in a small square by yourself this place is your Disney Land. it seemed though most patrons did not consider solo jumping to be a good time. I could literally see their souls leave their bodies as they were told to stop having fun. "one person per square!"I will say the dodgeball looked fun and seemed somewhat organized. so there's that. but if you expect more from a trampoline park than getting pelted by small balls avoid this place. oh! and i almost forgot. the air hockey table! it was actually just a table with holes in it. there's more air in an octopus's garden. if the object of the game is to hit the puck as hard as you can and have it stop in the middle of the table then i was king of the table. bravoz...more like worst place evoz. am i right...no but seriously, for a similar experience save your money and hit yourself in the face with hammer. read more

My family went here instead of urban air. I was really disappointed. Urban air is crowded but it is a much better deal. The lockers cost $4 here. The virtual reality was "closed" because it was broken. The rock climbing only has 1 wall that was working and was not 7 year old friendly. The arcade games were 1.50 and up, which was a huge rip off. And of course one of the games my son wanted to play was broken. Even the pool tables were closed because they were broken.... The kids loved the foam pit but they only allow 2 people in there at a time. So you feel rushed to get out for the next family. It was just one disappointment after another. The kids enjoyed jumping on the trampolines, but for the money we paid for including the socks - it wasn't worth it for under 2 hours. The only plus side to this place, is that it wasn't nearly as crowded as urban air. But I think I will take the extra people for a more quality experience. Oh, and once we were done playing the arcade games they literally had no prizes in the case to redeem for our tickets. We only had 105 but all they had to choose from were army men and plastic dinosaurs. The lady said they haven't re-stocked! Last Friday night we had a birthday party here for my oldest son. All 18 kids had a great time. They had unlimited play from 7pm to 11pm for around $30 a kid. The kids also received a $5 card to use on video games. We didn't do the party plans they offer. Everyone enjoyed dodge ball on the trampolines, laser tag, the ninja course and bowling. It was non stop fun and excitement. The pizzas we ordered were better than I thought they would be and were made quickly. The only complaint all night was that some of the guns in laser tag didn't work. My son had a birthday he will always remember. Great place for a 13 year old party. read more
