I started investigating the issues and found that every piece that was plastic broke. After a bit of trouble shooting, several discussions with a fellow Luxe owner and a load of phone calls with Certified RV, I decided it was going to be cheaper and easier to replace the entire hot water heater. Tammy at Certified RV helped me get what I needed. Certified RV's tech Scott provided some valuable insight for the install as well. It is amazing how nice a hot shower in our own rig feels! A huge shout out to Tammy at Certified RV for all her assistance making sure she got me the parts I needed as soon as possible. She truly went above and beyond the normal to get us the parts. I am grateful for her, and everyone else at Certified RV, for their professionalism and support!

Definitely took advantage of me being a woman and a single mother, not knowing mych about vehicles. Never recommend this place again.

After replacing my gray water tank around the middle of May 2025 they inadvertently put a screw…read morethrough a hydraulic line while reinstalling the under belly. I was unaware of this until a month later I noticed hydraulic fluid seeping from the edge onto the frame. I checked fluid tank which was a quart low. I finally got it in for service July 15th in Dewey, AZ where they found the screw into the hydraulic line. After hydraulic line replacement and degreasing it cost me $1000.00. I contacted Custom RV repair several times and got the runaround as they said they'd have Brian call me which he never did. Don't trust this business as they won't back up their work or mistakes. Our Cirrus truck camper Alde heating system stopped working out of the blue one afternoon. Despite…read moreonline researching and trying some suggestions for fixes we could not get it to light and work with gas. Being from the Elkhart area we headed home and made an appointment. They were able to get us in within 2 days of our arrival which was surprising in and of itself. We arrived at our appointment and talked over the issue with the technician and let him know it worked fine on shore power and had been working great. We made him aware that we had just replace the propane regulator to try and fix the issue. He talked over some possible issues then set about to fix it. He checked back with me frequently throughout the process and showed me what he was doing and how I might troubleshoot in the future. The issue was not with the alde system but a result of air bubble in the gas line feeding the system. Despite taking his time up to find the issue we were not charged the regular hourly rate. I HIGHLY recommend their service team and would definitely return there for any future service I might need. There customer service is top notch.
