I can't believe how awful my childs nails turned out. we got a basic French with acrylic white tips. They painted her nails first and THEN they filed her nails all jagged like which obviously took off the nail paint on the sides and tips and then they clear coated it that way. The filing was so bad it looked like wood with splinters all over it before getting sanded but they never sanded it down smooth. These are the worst nails I've ever seen and I'm not being dramatic at all when I say my 5 year old has painted my nails better. They left nail polish covering my daughters hands its actually comical how ridiculous they look. I asked them to fix them and they made it worse. I hade to pay over $100 for the most whacked up nail job I've ever seen. the acrylic was all layer bumpy and uneven, it didn't even go to the cuticle it looks like they've grown out for 3 weeks on several fingers. There is no way the man that did the nails was a licensed professional. I could bet my life on that! I wish I took a picture before I took my daughter home and filed them myself and repainted them. I did a way better job and I suck at doing nails. Im so disappointed because this was my last $100 I spent on my daughter for the first day of school and for what? Monster buchered nails. They should honestly be ashamed of themselves for charging this kind of money when they have no idea what they are doing. I'm convinced any good reviews are fake. They need to be investigated and I'm not joking. read more

My sisters and I took our mom to Ma & Me for an early Mother's Day pedicure. The gentleman that did the pedicure did a horrible job and bruised the bottom of my mom's feet. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone. read more

Scheduled 6 pedicures for my family the Saturday before Mother's Day. 4 different staff members completed the pedis. 2 were excellent, 1 was on his phone on and off the entire session, and 1 absolutely "butchered" my Mom's feet!! She had bruises & sheared areas on the bottoms of her feet. Then, at the end, 2 staff members argued vehemently for 2 solid minutes over a tip while we checked out! These people are horrible!!! I one went there to get my nails done, and I was humiliated so bad I left with tinfoil on my hands. I got my nails done, and didn't like my choices. It happens. I went back in and politely asked if I could have them taken off. I said it was late. Not their fault. I picked a bad choice. I wanted no refund. No do over. Just the removal and my regret. The guy berates me. Tells me I should have told him. That I taken up time as he puts the alcohol and tinfoil on. I started crying. I was so embarrassed, but it wasn't until he sat with another customer and started talking to her about me that I drawed the line and walked out. My friend had to get me alcohol to remove them at home. I had bad anxiety after that. Eventually I found a place that is supper nice and patient, but I'll never forget how I was made to feel. read more

worst pedicure ever My daughter goes here and gets her nails done so I thought I would try it. The tech couldn't get the lid off the nail polish and asked me if it was old. You tell me! I have short toenails and I let him know he didn't need to make them any shorter even after he asked me how short I wanted them. He finished up and went to another customer waiting. When I looked at what he had done I was in shoc. He didn't polish to the end of the nail which made the nails look even shorte. He left polish on my skin. He didnt trim the cuticle on all my toes and the paint job had where me missed completly. I did not tip and would have rather wiped my ass with that 40.00 than give it to them. Next time I will just to a preschool and let one of the kids do it. -8/10 read more

I would rate - stars if I could. They were closed for a month or two & no one knew why. Turns out they had people doing nails who weren't licensed! I went in today for SNS with tips. I like a square round shape, with narrow tips. Very easy majority of the time. For one, he only did two coats of my color, after telling me it wouldn't be see through after the 3rd coat, then he yelled at me in front of other customers that I needed to tell him exactly what I wanted instead of letting him do it & me ask him to fix things? I had been telling him the entire time exactly what I wanted, I asked him to fix things twice (apologizing each time that it bothered me) bc each time he would file them, ask me if they were okay, I'd say they were then he'd continue filing & changing their shape. And he wasn't just rude, he YELLED. The entire shop heard him & didn't think it was strange he was yelling at me while doing my nails. These nails were $50.... Decided to try this place because my normal nail spa was closed. Someone recommended this place so I gave it a try. Before I signed in, I was told wait time was not long but that turned into an hour wait. No biggie only because I had no where to be. The tech that worked on my feet was in a hurry the whole time and not veryfriendly. Especially when she was half way through. It was the fastest pedicure I'd ever had which was nice until I looked at feet when I got home. A few toes were never filled smooth, a couple where crooked and only one coat of polish. Im mad at myself I didn't check before I left and more mad because I left a gracious tip. A total of 45 dollars for this! I won't be back. read more

Moved here and needed to find a nail salon. This one was recommended. Went one time and was very pleased. The 2nd time, I took a friend with me for Mani-Pedi for both of us. VERY unhappy with the quality of work from 2 different techs. Polish didn't match and ended up with lousy job on my nails. My friend got gel polish and it peeled off within a week. Will not be going back. Too expensive for disappointing work. read more
