I came in to exchange a pie I bought the day before because I thought it was a little doughy. Turns out that wasn't the case, it's just the way the pie was supposed to be and was something I wasn't familiar with. The manager Christian assured me it was in no way an issue and was happy to exchange my pie and even threw in a free whoopie pie for my troubles. Christian offered amazing customer service unlike anything I've experienced and was an absolute pleasure to talk to. I look forward to returning to this establishment.

It's a small deli with limited grocery items. They have a table of baked goods including Whoopi's pies. They sell their own soupy- which you can only get at certain places. They make grinders - made to order. I stopped in for prosciutto they did not carry it. The other meats were not overpriced. I did get some of the seafood salad it was good, I would buy it again. I was with another person who they provided the deli order to but when I was waited on they hand walked it to the counter and told me when I was ready to check out to let the cashier know it was mine - weird -considering it was a $3 value I had nothing in my hands as opposed to the other I was with $20+ with multiple items in hand. Workers- not the happiest.

This was my first trip to camp yawgoog (RI) with the Boy Scouts. We were looking for some food to grill; While shopping in the obvious local stop and shop, someone referred us to Ma and Pa's Country Store for some steak and I am SO happy that they did. When we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome by Christian and other staff. We placed an order for 17 ribeyes, Christian cut each piece to our specifications (1inch thick), like a work of art. He asked if we would like the fat trimmed or left on, he educated (not lectured) us on the cut, marbleization, etc. We had a great conversation that covered many topics. Back at the camp site, each troop member seasoned there steak to their liking (I used Himalayan salt and black pepper). We grilled it on an open camp fire; we had, arguably the BEST steak ever. We all raved about the dinner (mostly about the steak). Christian and the staff were super friendly, the store is clean with a good selection of groceries. LAST DAY OF CAMP: The food and service was so good, I stopped back this morning and order another 14 ribeyes to take home to my family of 5 (we will vacuum seal some for later in the week). Of course I had another great experience today. Please patronize this local family owned store for superb food and great customer service! See you next year!

Staff made me feel unwelcome. After several visits the staff acted in an odd way that made feel uncomfortable.

First let me say this. I came to this CVS about 4 years ago from the now out of business Rite Aid…read moredown the road. I had nothing but issues with Rite Aid, with inconsistent policies and the constant questioning of prescriptions being sent in by doctors. I have very happy with CVS. I am glad to know most of them by first name, Todd and Brianna (sorry if I have Brianna wrong on spelling and name too-LOL) They tell you what their policies are, and they then follow that regardless of who is working. Easy Peezy. Thats the way it should be everywhere. The only problem is their automated ordering system. I think after being there for YEARS that the system would not run out every few months. That is a corporate issue for the most part so I won't put this on the team locally. Thank you all for doing what you do in a highly stressful and time sensitive job. You're the only game in town so I hope you keep up your great level of service.

I had an issue with my…read moreprescription and insurance coverage that most people would have likely said, "sorry, you have to call your insurance" and leave it at that. Terry and Brianna truly went above and beyond expectations. They looked into the issue and helped me navigate a resolution. It was a busy Saturday afternoon and I was undoubtedly using the majority of the pharmacy's resources with my own debacle. They were kind, patient, and empathetic to the situation. The time they took to help me (and it was a lot of time) in a stressful situation was so appreciated. The person who cashed us out was just as lovely and personable. A small errand on my list turned into the greatest part of my day.

Lots and lots of candy (just like I remembered it) with souvenirs and things like fire works. Inside this one, they had a Pastrami Joe's and I have to say their chicken noodle soup was amazing. My mother was in heaven as she used to live in Florida and had more recent fond memories of this store. She ended up buying so much candy and treats that it will last her months. Service wasn't very friendly at the counter (they were really nice at Pastrami Joe's though) and it had a bit of a run down feel. Probably worth stopping if you've never been or remember the place from years ago.
