I love that they have their own uniforms, love that all ages work here and usually have been for awhile (hence their name tags that say they how they been with the company), I also love it's hardly ever cluttered with stuff down isles. The workers are always so sweet and kind, also very polite which I appreciate. The deals here are great as well and they have good selections. Some Spanish items that a lot of other markets don't have in this area they have which I appreciate! I also appreciate their hot item section. They have a plethora of items that are so good! The lines are just always packed. Which can cause me anxiety. They move kind of fast, but sometimes they're on the slower side even the few items lanes, that's my only complaint.

The parking lot is quite spacious, but the plaza only offers paid parking, however you can get your parking validated with purchase at any store in the plaza with proof of parking ticket. The store itself was clean, rather spacious, and well organized with clearly labeled aisles and pricing. I found that you could get many of the staple items at nearby competitors for nearly half the price. I thought they offered unique products in the meals to go section for a reasonable price point. I would recommend the mini snackle boxes and raw pressed juices. Those could actually be useful for a nearby beach trip and I liked that they use glass jars. The woman running the cafe section of the store was very hospitable, but as other Yelpers have mentioned some of the other store associates were less than enthused. I kind of get it though, Newport's upper echelon isn't the easiest clientele to interact with so I would probably get a little stoic over time as well.

However, since I was in the area I stopped by this location. Due to the fact that this location is in MA, beer, wine and liquor is also sold inside. There are plenty of parking spots. The gas station is connected to the wholesale club which makes it super convenient to get gas and items all in one stop. Staples, Hobby Lobby, Panera Bread, and Raising Cane's are within walking distance from BJ's Wholesale Club. The aisles order and items in BJ's Wholesale Club in Seekonk, MA is similar to other BJ's Wholesale Club. I recommend downloading the BJ's App. It is an easy way to clip coupons and find items in store. I even used the price checker function on the app a few times. It is very useful. Staff are always friendly and welcoming.
