Went inside to try paying at the register and I told the man at the counter I was having issues getting my card to work at the pump. Then grabbed a lighter since mine at home is dead and i was there anyway. He needed my ID to buy the lighter and tried to tell me everywhere needs ID's for lighters never been carded buying a lighter before and I'm 28. I go back to my car to get my ID and when I get back inside he put the lighter back on the display and told me to pick whatever I wanted (I wanted the one I picked already??) and the entire time he's insisting that everywhere cards for lighters lmao. THEN my card declined twice again at the register so he pulls the lighter back towards him and says "yeah declined sorry" like we were done. I said "why do you keep taking the lighter back I have multiple cards and I have cash" and he finally sold it to me. All over a stupid lighter that I can order in bulk online with no form of age restriction. Overall, just save yourself time and a headache and head to Cumberland farms right down the road.

Prices are pretty fair, but I do feel like they're always a couple of cents higher than the nearest Mobil or Shell stations. They have unleaded, mid-grade, and premium; no diesel. They also have an air station. There's also a pretty standard gas station convenience store. Nothing too special about it, but they have a decently wide selection of prepared foods available, which is pretty cool (like, Wawa is about the only one that regularly would have a wider selection). This is also a 24-hour gas station and convenience store, so if you're passing through here at 3 am, not only can you get your gas, you can also get an Italian sub or a slice of pizza (sure, it's not amazing, but when you're hungry at 3 am, it'll definitely hit the spot).

We didn't need gas, so I don't know how their prices compared to other local stations, but they seemed to be on par with prices in our home state. Is this a park & ride? Not sure, but even if it looks full the restaurant and store are probably not crowded. Popeye's chicken has it's out outside entrance and can also be entered directly from the store. It looked clean and smelled delicious. The store has all the grab 'n go snacks. Cold drinks, chips, candy, many types of coffee, do uts, hot dogs, ice cream. There are also some car items like wiper blades and oil. Then, they have some hats and shoes. So for a small store, they get a lot in there. Public restrooms are straight back from the store entrance. There are several gas pumps in a large area in front. The gas prices were high for our neighborhood, but as the pumps were in high demand it's either on par for this neighborhood, or they get a lot of highway traffic. It is located right off the highway with easy on/off access. Prices are high and food options not the healthiest, but they have plenty to fill your belly or caffeinate your brain.

This station is located on the outskirts of Wickford Village. Even when I lived in town, though, I preferred to go to other gas stations, because this one has a funky parking lot, with little room to maneuver. Furthermore, it's located at a very busy intersection, so pulling in and out of here can be difficult. Although I still drive by here occasionally, I would be unlikely to get gas here, since their gas prices are relatively high. For instance, as of today (7/19/2018), they were charging $2.99 a gallon for regular unleaded, which I can get in West Warwick for 25 cents cheaper. Granted, gas prices tend to be higher in South County, but they are higher than many gas stations in N.K. Furthermore, the convenience store is tiny, and I didn't notice a public bathroom. There is a small coffee station to the left of the counter, but not much was brewing there when I stopped in around 11 a.m. Selection of drinks, snacks and convenience store items is very basic, and I noticed some big gaps in stock. Bottled water and Red Bulls got hit particularly hard. The female cashier was very chatty with what were presumably regular customers, and she talked very animatedly, waving her hands around. Normally, I would rate this gas station and convenience store at 2 stars; I'm only giving 'em 3 stars because of nostalgia and longevity.
